Stopped in for lunch on our way to DC, first time I’d ever tried the chicken sandwich from Bojangles—excellent. The location seemed to be a little understaffed at the time of our visit, but the service and food quality were unaffected. Good job!

First can y'all Please stop putting the jam packets handled by everyone in the restaurant in the box of unwrapped biscuits, that's absolutely disgusting. Second your greed has lost my business. I am battling cancer and come every single weekend to get a 6 pack of plain biscuits bc I'm tired and don't want to have to make my own but for the third weekend in a row your managers and staff have been so greedy with the jam like 2 packs per biscuit is too much to ask for and have been so nasty with the way they treat their customers that I will never spend another dollar feeding my family here. I pray that you aren't treated the way you treated me when you spend your hard earned money.

Was the only car in the drive through for 30 minutes waiting on 2 supreme combos. Told it would be 5 minutes. Served unsweet tea when asked for sweet tea (was fixed) and then after the 30 minute wait, was served food that tasted like it’d been sitting for a while.

The only reason will not govern any higher on the server is they actually forgot about my order. It wasn’t until I asked them after 15 minutes if there was something that was right. The gentleman told me he was sorry that they actually forgot about my order. I was not mad nor angry. He apologized for this and I told him hey it happens no problem.

We came in with our 3 kids at a very busy time. There were only 2 male employees working at the time. Both drive thru and lobby were busy. Both employees were very patient and kind and still speedy with service! Total rockstars!
