Stopped in here a while ago, it was quiet and very my e for our group of four weary travelers. As it was our first time at a bww, the server immediately recognized our situation and answered all our questions, and made some great recommendations for our most enjoyable meal. 5 star service! Thank you so much. The restaurant was very clean, the bathrooms, lots of tvs to catch sports on. Would definitely return. Thank you so much.

As frequent guests at Buffalo Wild Wings, I want to take a moment to recognize Manager for the outstanding job he does every time we’re there. He’s always engaged — checking in with customers, talking with folks on the floor, and making sure the staff is taken care of.
His communication is simple, clean, and respectful, and it goes a long way. It’s rare to see a manager so consistently present, answering questions, supporting his team, and genuinely wanting to know how things are going and what can be improved.
Much respect for his leadership. The service, the atmosphere, and the food are always top-notch — and a big part of that is the example he sets.

went in at 1230 on 11/16. Sign said seat yourself, we did, and sat there for 25 minutes and not a single waiter/waitress came to us. We got up and left 😂

We were ignored and never offered a seat..we waited around and nothing. So we went someplace else. Definitely wild.
Wings have barley any sauce on them...worst bww's I have ever been to...absolutely garbage

This was my husbands and I date night choice. We had visited only one other location which was in Pikeville, and we were not impressed at all. Our son constantly tells us we need to try this location as he visits quite often and loves it. So we decided to give it a try and now we are hooked. This location is a new favorite of ours. The manager Scott was so sweet and made sure our dining experience was perfect. Our waitress Lexie was probably one of my favorite from any of our regular go to restaurants. I couldn't find anything that wasn't on point. The pretzel bites have to be my absolute favorite! Try them if you go!

My husband and I went 3 times and will never go back. Im not one to complain but they are pitiful, takes forever to get waited on every time and the customer service was horrible each time, I was disappointed and thought it would get better at next visit but it did not. They need to train their employees and managers because it's a mess. This was about a year ago so I can't speak on current experience, this is my first review but the lack of service i cannot forget.
