Our server’s name was Mercedes. Possibly the best service all year long at any restaurant. She was phenomenal. Attentive, but not hovering. Personable and gracious. Quick and thorough. The wings were “just OK” and way overpriced, in my opinion. Did not care for the fried pickles; they did not have enough breading on them and each bite was just a mushy pickle. Yuck.

Wings are good but the service leaves a LOT to be desired. Last visit was to pickup an order of wings and when I arrived at the time instructed I had to wait another 20 minutes to get my order and even then there was no celery or blue cheese dressing. The thing is they weren’t even busy at the time…inexcusable.

Finally decided what I wanted to eat and went to place a to go order instead of calling. I was directed to the to go counter as expected, but after standing there for 6-7min I was never greeted. Granted I may just be an impatient person but I feel as if no one wanted to take my order. I left and will enjoy pizza instead.

Worst management around! I went here Saturday and I promise there were only 10 people there. The waiter was prompt enough when talking order, however, it took over an hour to get the food, and then it was cold! I told the manager, she said they were swamped and just brushed it off. I won’t be back!

Everything is great about it. Watched the Olympics, it was fun. Dr pepper is really really sweet here and the chicken wings are massive yummy. Go here if you want to have a good time, thank you for the service and this was so delicious.

I want to give credit where it’s due. Since my original post, I have ordered take out a few more times and it has been much better than it was the first few times I ordered carry out.

This place is always so slow. It's 10:26 pm and I'm still waiting on on order that I should of had at 10:00 pm. Workers will just look at you and not come to offer any help. They need to be retrained on customer service. Order comes out at 10:26 pm and it's missing the fries. Asked to speak to a manager 3 minutes ago and one still hasnt came out. They wouldn't give me a receipt so I can do the survey because they said I ordered and paid online. You all have lost my business. Should have shut this place down instead of Quaker Steak and Lube!!!
Update: Received a call from the GM and I can definitely tell he's not the problem. Staff you all need to realize that without customers, you don't have a job. Will give them another try to see if anything improves!!

Everytime we order from here, the food is at least 20 minutes late and cold. The staff doesn't even acknowledge us, despite blatantly seeing us. Every experience here is not good.

We Placed an order through app for the first time, it said it would be ready at 9:10-9:20 pm. We show up at 9:20 and the host walks says they must still be working on it, then walks away and we don't see her again. At 9:40pm my husband walked to the bartender who found it for us. At 9:42 we finally got our food. Needless to say it wasn't hot and we were disappointed. For a small order on a monday night, this shouldn't have happened. We won't be going back.

Wife and I ordered wings and they came out cold, waitress took them back and about 10 mins later she came back with them and they tasted like they put them under a heat lamp. It was the same wings we sent back.
