Lucky there is a Weigel's next to the Burger King on the Volunteer Parkway in Bristol Tennessee. They have a microwave you can use to heat up your Double Cheese Burger because every time I get one there it is cold. The cheese is not melted and the buns must be kept in a refrigerator they are chilled. None the less 20 seconds in the Microwave (the microwave there is very efficient) and it is all melty goodness!

The lady that took my order was kind and patient. I had never used the mobile app and she showed me how to use it for next time. She didn't have to help me as much as she did and went above and beyond. Which was a nice change since almost all fast food workers are rude, impatient, and do not usually seem to care. This lady was nothing like that and I hope they're are more like her!

I asked them perfectly to put ice cream in my icee and mix and they did not and they put just a tad bit of ice cream in it not enough to even mix it together like come on get some brain a do your job plz and we also go a corsont and said no egg and the said ok no egg on them and they put egg on both like we’re are you at like get your stuff together and work and do the things that your costumers order and also they had no workers but 3 and they took a good while to get our order and but it was not worth the wait get more people to work if you going to run a restaurant

This location has turned around so much in the past few years. I use to come on night shift but when Steven was the manager I would have to wait for almost 30 mins for my order and when I got it, it was cold. I usually show up in the morning and Dreya, Tristin and lianna are amazing. I know that being under new owners is a change that takes time to get use to. But everyone there is taking it in stride. Courtney on day shift is an absolutely rockstar on Sundays and Wednesday (senior night) she is running it like a boss. I have watched her stop what she is doing usually during shift change, to help night shift do their job the night shift manager would leave his crew to figure things out on their own. I would hear a door shut I am assuming the office and Courtney would come around the corner and jump right in and get all orders out fast. I have heard all managers except the night shift manager encourage their crew members that they are doing a great job and that they would help them get through it together. The night shift manager would stand there with his hands crossed and say he didn't give a fuck about anything. And Debbie is a rockstar and is one of the best you can tell that she loves her stores and has personally picked the managers she has here. I will be back to eat dinner during the night shift soon just to see how it is without the negativity is gone. Keep up the hard work you guys rock
