Got 3 meals today service was terrible the woman at the window was rude and on tof everything forgot to give our sauces when I go back around to get them I'm very nice about it but she throws the sauces into the tag and throws it to me out the window without saying a word. We pay good money for our food these days and we deserve good quality and good service I know we all have bad days I work retail and even when I don't feel like speaking to a living soul I still smile and make there expirence in my store a good one

I used the App to order dinner for pick up. The fish pieces were thin strips not planks like they always have been. So we only got about half of what an order used to be. The chicken looked more like a nugget than a strip. The crab cakes were almost burned. The shrimp were small and almost flat. This was order # 33465367311319044. My wife and I were very disappointed in the food and probably will not return to Captain D's ever again.

20 minutes, it took 20 minutes to get a fish sandwich, and half the menu board is gone. Can't hear them and they can't hear you! Maybe 2 people in there? I love captain ds but that was the worst experience ever for there. And that sandwich bag is awful. I liked it better wrapped...

We haven't been here in couple years. Spent 27 dollar's on 2 meals. Son had 5.99 meal no complaints but I Ate 4 piece country style dinner very small fish. Broccoli and hush puppies were great, frys were barely warm and hard tartar sauce warm and yellow. If i come back i won't order country style. Hate leaving hungry!

I got the lemon pepper salmon and it was probably the best salmon I’ve ever had in a while. The coleslaw wasn’t that good and the broccoli was too hard for my liking but other than that it was great. The women’s bathroom is clean and the service was awesome we had 10 people and the guy who took our order got everything perfect

I came to the drive-through with a very simple order 599 special fish sandwich with coleslaw. She read it back to me fish sandwich with coleslaw twice and I get a box of fries. All you have to do is pay attention. It isn’t that hard to give people what they order.

I don't know what it is but all the changes I hate it. I can't get sweet and sour, tartar tastes different, the chicken was hard and rubbery and it used to be the greated it's like even the breading has changed, the fish was even kinda hard on outside the broccoli was likenit was microwaved I mean I could have had better food at home. This is sad I used to love it here but go back to the old the new changes are really bad it's gonna make you go out of business if it hasn't already started to do that I work in a restaurant and this is horrible.
