First time there, we will definitely visit Captain D's again.
Got 3 meals today service was terrible the woman at the window was rude and on tof everything forgot to give our sauces when I go back around to get them I'm very nice about it but she throws the sauces into the tag and throws it to me out the window without saying a word. We pay good money for our food these days and we deserve good quality and good service I know we all have bad days I work retail and even when I don't feel like speaking to a living soul I still smile and make there expirence in my store a good one

I used the App to order dinner for pick up. The fish pieces were thin strips not planks like they always have been. So we only got about half of what an order used to be. The chicken looked more like a nugget than a strip. The crab cakes were almost burned. The shrimp were small and almost flat. This was order # 33465367311319044. My wife and I were very disappointed in the food and probably will not return to Captain D's ever again.

20 minutes, it took 20 minutes to get a fish sandwich, and half the menu board is gone. Can't hear them and they can't hear you! Maybe 2 people in there? I love captain ds but that was the worst experience ever for there. And that sandwich bag is awful. I liked it better wrapped...
