Remember this is a fast food place and I worked at a fish place before I know how things are to be done. We had to wait for our food for 30 minutes and when we ordered the drinks we're an an additional charge over what the price was for the meal. I would not recommend this Captain D's in Bristol

I went through the drive thru and received old, chewy French fries. I drove back and told them, and 12mins later, they still didn't have new fries for me, and cars were backed up around the building. I finally just left. The woman in the order window kept yelling at the people in the back, making a scene when there were folks at the counter waiting and watching her carry on. I won't be back.

The boss treated our crew to lunch the day before Thanksgiving. The restaurant appeared clean & the staff was friendly. Our food was brought to us in a few minutes. One item was forgotten but they were quick to address the problem. The guys raved about their fried platters, but not being a fan of breading, I went grilled. The shrimp were slightly overcooked - the tails were firmly stuck in their shells. The fish however was cooked perfectly & was quite delicious. I was impressed by their green beans which had terrific flavor. I also liked the cole slaw. I would return to this restaurant
