CC’s Noodle Bar is my go-to spot whenever I’m in the Bristol area. It’s a family-run business with really great food, and everyone there is incredibly kind and welcoming. It’s definitely a hole-in-the-wall, but honestly, those are the best kinds of places and true hidden gems. Highly recommend the fish sauce wings and the soup dumplings, both are outstanding. Some of the best Vietnamese food I’ve had, with very fair prices and generous portions. Highly recommend giving this place a try.

The drunken noodles are the best! I know there are so many reviews on here stating the same thing but MAN is that dish so good! Recommend the level 3 in spice! It is prefect!

Vietnamese food in Appalachia...?
Hey, why not?!
Had the spicy noodle with pork, level 4 heat - was going to try 7 but the owner suggested I go lower for my first time there. Good advice because it was still enough to make my scalp sweat and bring a tear to my eye. Delicious.
Some of the best pho I've ever had.

What a hidden gem of a place. Seriously good food that looked and tasted scratch made. Nice people too. You definitely need to check this place out if you can. The pad Thai and the fried spring rolls were amazing

Family operated Pho and Thai shop close to the highway. The food is the star, but the dining room is big and clean. We got Drunken Noodles and Lemongrass chicken lo mein. I recommend both.

Been eating her for about 5 years, just happened to order the phad thai and partner ordered some roasted ckn dish with jasmine rice, anyway, she traded with me and we both chose the phad thai. It was close to my doctors office, so every doctor appointment became a trip to the noodle bar. Average about 2 trips a month and love that it is family run, really personal people to know as a regular, don't even bring a menu to the table, never change the order.

Dined in with my husband and slowly lost my appetite. My husband ordered pad Thai to go I threw it away I didn’t want him to get food poisoning. This place is dirty very dirty.

Hours on Google are wrong. The hours in the door said they should have been open.

The food is phenomenal! I usually get the Curry and the Pad Thai to go bc it does lack atmosphere. some tablecloths to cover the Beef O’Bradys tables could go a long way in making it a spot for date night.
