The service I got to today was terrible I couldn’t hear Connor when I went through the drive through which wasn’t his fault at all but the two women who was at the window was rude one looked mad she had to repeat herself when I asked her to repeat the total because I didn’t hear it properly and the other one just acted like she didn’t want to be there or serve me and they didn’t even hear me when I had said a huge pibb with no ice. I give it three stars because of my past good experience other wise I would have gave it a one

Super clean restroom, delivered when I asked them for extra pickles on my burger, and the gentleman that took my order was super kind and helpful with my order. If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll be back!!

I work weekends up in Bristol so this is the only time I come to this place. Not 1, not 2, 3 consecutive weeks of being out of an item with no signs about being out of that item is freaking ridiculous. Don’t waste your time, GO TO KINGSPORT. Corndogs are also the item they have been claiming to be out of, who knows what else since they can’t even waste time to put a sign up.

After having two terrible experiences at other Cookout locations I was very hesitant to come here. But I am so glad l did. The place was very clean and well kept. The service was friendly and fast. Food came out without any issues. I would definitely return.
