It was Actually PRETTY WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE… The 2-Young Gentleman who were running the front are by themselves, the day of July 30th @ around about 7:15-7:25pm. I know the one his name is Isaiah. Which they were both very kind, sweet, & very Respectful! So any body who has ever had bad exp here yall should try to go back when the two young men are working. They WERE BOTH SO AWESOME! With Awe’s me Customer Service Exp.. more places and businesses need to hire more young men like those two!

I'm legit missing two chicken strips and have like 5 fries in the box with one piece of toast . Please make it make sense. I've never had any issues with any other food location on DoorDash. Bags were still intact with stickers and all. Definitely disappointed.
I get that it was close to closing time, but right now I am currently walking with a walker due to an herniated disc and having constant excruciating pain which makes me unable to drive my car. So I’m relying delivery from DoorDash. Meaning I expect the order to be correct. The driver was not the issue . The bag had all stickers in place and never removed . The crew member must have carelessly placed this order together.
I was in the fast food industry for 7 years and worked all the way into general management. There is no excuse for this to happen.

4 piece chicken strip box; extra queso x2; and a Reese’s peanut butter cup blizzard treat adding peanut butter sauce.

No response when we tried to order from the microphone, when we pulled up to the next window there was a car being served. We waited thinking it was broken that we would order through the window, when the car pulled off and we rolled up the young woman shut the window, made eye contact and then walked away from the window. We will not be returning.

I placed a mobile order at 8:18 and the app said it'd be ready to pick up at 8:29. I got there on time and it took 8 minutes to get to the counter and tell them and only THEN did they just start making it.

The food subpar if they get your order correct. Be sure to check your order completely before you leave. They can't even make the blizzards correctly anymore. Even the GM Janice when I asked for bbq sauce because I got non sauced Tossed and sauced chicken, does not even acknowledge that the order is not correct just says yes looks like the Bbq .

Ok so I’ve only been to Dairy Queen twice today made my second visit to be honest we need more place like this never had any bad experiences with Dairy Queen the food is great banana split was amazing first visit was great would have done a review then but couldn’t remember the persons name that took our order but he was very nice today’s visit was a pleasant one Janice the GM was very nice and sweet so was the employees if you want good food and good ice cream go to Dairy Queen on Paulena dr Bristol Va I hope this review makes their day

I paid almost 6 dollars for a large vanilla malt on the app, which wasn’t even ready when I got there and then when I received it, they did not even put the whipped cream on top

They had a line Cyrus was a little slow line move very slowly and but I do like the french fries not supposed to have them but I like them and of course when I've been out of and I was out for several hours yesterday and I have to either go buy Sonic or dairy Queen and get my little Jack Russell french fry or a tater tot that's history for being a good boy so he got a french fry from there yesterday so he was happy anyway the food was good and everything was okay so I was pleased so was my path and they they were nice
