Placed an online order. Domino’s Bristol, TN charged me three times for the same order so basically was charged $94.68 for 1 large pizza and a 2-liter coke. I called the store to get the situation remedied but was told that I would have to call the number on the website. When I stated the number on the website was the number I just called to talk to you. I was then out on hold. After several minutes the young lady comes back and says that her manager said I would ha e to take it up with my bank or the website. When questioned about it they told me that they have no control over what is charged. So basically they get paid but can't fix any issues. The manager at this location has absolutely no customer service skills, lacks a basic understanding of business, and in my opinion is absolutely USELESS! If they can't fix a customer problem then why are they even in a leadership position? They have lost a customer and if this is remedied somehow quickly then they will receive a complaint to corporate, the Better Business Bureau, and I will see what can be done about fraud.

The food is going to be awful is not going to be made right it's burnt or not done at all if it's after 5:00 the managers everybody works here at night are rude and shouldn't be around ppl

With all of the negativity in this world i am so very glad to be fortunate enough to share some positivity. I am an OTR trucker who was about to begin his reset. I am a resident of Bristol so my personal vehicle is available to me. After shutting down my rig I made a quick trip inside of the Marathon. I realized that i had left my wallet in the cab so i went out to retrieve some form of payment. Betcha' can guess what happened, huh? Yup. Sure enough my rig had been broken into just that quickly. I had no means to offer up payment so i sat in my personal vehicle contemplating my options. Finally i decided to reach out for a little help as it was nearly 11 pm. I called Domino's Pizza on W. State St. In Bristol, TN. Upon reaching the manager and having explained to him my dilemma this most gracious young man offered to help a lost soul to recharge. Now, i fully expect that because of this mans generosity, the public at large would assume that i chose to offer this Review. Well, you'd be absolutely correct. Thank you to the young man who offered an old soul a bit of much needed help. And yes, the pizza was absolutely fabulous!!

Food is at usual quality but I walked in to pick up my food and the staff were cussing and arguing with each other; food took almost an hour to get made. Pretty unprofessional and disappointing.

Horrible disgusting food and absolutely good luck trying to get a refund! You have to txt a guys personal cell phone wait on him to get out of bed and sound half hungover just to give you card info to a random person to get a refund never experienced anything like that EVER the dough is left out with flies sworming the dough it's crusty looking and go ahead I dare you if you have the stomach watch your pizza be made and watch how that wear no gloves fingers and hands wrist deep into all the toppings cross contaminating everything!! Could be good but poor staff and managers but the problems go way up the pole to the owner do as you please but better off eating dog food than eating here.

I cannot maneuver the new menu to order extra toppings and this location keeps HANGING UP THE DAMNED PHONE!!!
Hello Piza Hut!!!!!
I order from this location often but was left with a bitter taste in my mouth the night I ordered pizza and the driver demanded a tip. After calling their management he said it would be handled but I was offered nothing for the amount of disrespect I had received. Then, not more than a week later I ordered again and waited 3 hours to get my order. Only to find out that the delivery guy was the same guy who demanded the tip on my last order and had quit because he had to deliver to my address again and the place didn't even have a back up driver.
Best customer service Jason. The manager is awesome. Always takes care of us. Pizza is always good and fresh.

Great food but the service could be a little better. Had a call in order and when I got to the store I waited 10 minutes and my food was just sitting on the rack. Smh

This five star review is based upon the pizza we ordered yesterday. Like any other pizza outlet, the quality of the pizzas depends on the cook and the management on duty. Some of the pizzas we have ordered recently left a lot to be desired. One thing that we have found is our pizzas are always good when Joseph is present. Joseph is very welcoming especially to repeat customers and it appears that he keeps a watchful eye over the process of making and baking our pizzas. I am appreciative of his dedication to his customers and simply wanted to give him a shout out on a job well done.
No matter delivery or pickup my food is always good and on time. the people are always friendly, and courteous. Great atmosphere when walking in
Eeh you cant ever get them to answer the phone but they usually do alright by me otherwise
