In my order wasn’t no cinnamon twist then we call at first they denied it was in the order when my boyfriend said I’m looking at my recipt is cinnamon twist after that they apologize and told they will deliver. Never got it and no refund yes it was online order.

I placed an order through the app. Got it home and they didn't give us bread for our dip. Called them 5 times and they didn't answer. Reported it on the app. Also going to make a complaint to a higher power. The customer service is terrible and apparently they don't know how to read the orders placed either.

Most ridiculous online ordering system.... Specialty pizza? Is the customer supposed to know what toppings are on them by looking at the tiny pictures? I'll go elsewhere rather than play your coupon and guess the toppings games.

The best delivery service for pizza in the tri-cities area bc the food is great every time plus the wait is non existent bc your order is always super fast.Wheelchair accessibility: The ramp is directly in the front of the building and is not steep at all.

Ordered for delivery. Medium Supreme add pineapple and garden salad. Was told 45 minute. Delivery guy showed up hour and fifteen minutes to get our order. Pizza didn't have pineapple added. Pizza was cold. Salad was wilted.. called manager and he gave me a attitude. Will not be ordering from domino's again. Customer service sucks!
