I order rather frequently, food is good and hot! Trying new specialty pizzas is a good idea, as they have some great items. Once, they forgot my 2-liter and came back by with it. Better late than not at all! Super good delivery service, imo.

Whoever is rudely answering the phones with an attitude and talking over the customer should really get looked into! Sounded like a little girl with no manners nor customer service training! She had no clue what “prep” meant in the Domino’s app tracker. Trying to tell me it meant they were “preparing” to deliver the food! That’s what “delivery” is for! Train your people Domino’s!!

It's ALWAYS only 1 person working there. He's nice as he can be but obviously that causes a lot of issues with order accuracy. Normally we let it slide because we sympathize that he's busy and alone but after tonight we're done. Ordered 4 pizzas and 2 kinds of bread sides, received only 3 pizzas and the bread. Not a huge deal, my husband should have counted as well. He goes back to the store to get it and finds it was never made to begin with, he shows the guy the order, guy makes it. Husband gets home and it's just a pepperoni pizza, when it should have been 5 toppings. Husband should have checked but seriously? We are giving up on it now but won't ever return. There's only been 1 person working here for literally 6 months+ there's clearly something wrong with atmosphere, pay, ownership or something otherwise they would be better staffed, especially on weekends . FIX IT otherwise you are just robbing your customers, which will lead to less business. Try paying a living wage and see what happens. We'll never know.

I placed an order online and when I got there they said it was not online I t was fot 999 but since they didn't get it I had to reorder the pizza and was charged 20 dollars and some cents when I got home thr pizza was not what I ordered it was just bad deal all around it was on lee hwy in bristol va dominoes just lost a good customer

Ordered an ultimate pepperoni with jalapenos and mushrooms, got a jalapeno and mushroom pizza with no pepperoni. This is the 2nd dominos in the area to do this. Not giving my money to any of em again. What's the point of ordering a menu item with one topping if the one topping I order is never there?
