Drive thru only so it should be quick nope not at all. Sweet tea is gross it is like water with a drop of tea in it. Should not have to wait 20mins to get drink in a drive thru I have come here many times great service before. The workers are not friendly don't know what happened. I am no longer going to this location.

Came here with my 3 young boys, employees acted bothered by me ordering. They didn't give me my waters after asking 2 different times and even paying extra for them (never had to do that before). Multiple customers waiting way too long and being ignored by employees. Donuts were old and not good, my wake up wrap was completely cold and hard. Definitely don't recommend

Decided to go through the drive through and get a donut and a medium coffee because I have a deal on the app where you get a medium beverage of choice when you buy another item. I tried to order a pumpkin spice latte because the dunkin on the Pinnacle pkw near the Pinnacle shops in bristol had their pumpkin spice out already. Apparently it isn't time yet and they "don't have the ingredients" but the other did? And I wasn't able to get pumpkin spice. If it ain't supposed to be out yet then don't sell it anywhere. Not at one and then not the other due to them not having supplies.
I’ve come to this dunkin 3 time now. the workers are very slow I waited for my drink for 10 minutes while me and only one other person was there. My drink taste wrong every time. I ordered avocado toast with bacon and had 4 of the tiniest pieces of bacon I ever seen. If your in Bristol I would say to go to the one in the pinnacle it’s much better.
