Good morning, I am a customer of this nice restaurant, but the truth is that the service they give is not good, there is a lot of racism, some waitresses serve very poorly and I think that a restaurant does not benefit from that. As the owner of that restaurant, you should pay a little more attention to that point, I think that all human beings deserve to be treated with respect regardless of nationality.
These folks legitimately confused me with their kindness and cheery disposition. How the heck are they all so nice!? Awesome place, really chill people.
Also, the food is excellent - wow!

We're local...2nd visit. Went on a Thursday; was not crowded. Echo similar comments down below... The food (classic eggs, bcn, etc) was average...not hot, didn't have that 'just cooked' appearance/experience, and took awhile. Server was very nice, and atmosphere is clean/good for type venue. Prices are fair. But if breakfast food is your specialty, their 'food' game/quality and timeliness has to be upped significantly. Such places live or die by the quality/skills of the short order cooks. Won't rush to return, as there are better alternatives.

Our first visit and we were very pleased. We were seated quickly, and they had a full house. We went after church on Sunday, so it was somewhere around noon. The food was great and the price was reasonable. We have already recommended them to others, and we'll definitely be back.

I mean it's pretty ok.
Honestly, just Waffle House does a better job. It was slow but still took awhile to get food... and was just, fine...

I went in to place an order (I had my 3 yr old with me) I was told I'd have to wait till everyone was seated (waitress seemed very irritated i was even there) and then after waiting for 15 min was told to go to the bar to order ? only to be told they didn't have what I wanted to order. I was really wanting to try the Boston creme donuts so I called about 2 days later and ASKED if they had them this time. I spoke to a girl who was VERY pleasant and she said we do have them today and I'll get that in for you, ask for Trinity when you get here. When we got here it was even busier than the first time but asked for Trinity and got my order fast. She turned the entire experience around for me ? if it wasn't for her the second time around I probably wouldn't have ever came back ?

Our meal was good. A little disappointed with the service. I ordered fries as my side with my turkey club. Our sandwiches were not brought to as by the waitress that took our order. I was told that my sandwich was ordered with no side. She said she would get the fries but they never arrived.
When we got our bill our waitress apologized for not bringing out the fries.
The food was good, but it appears that not everyone working there knows how to use the handheld ordering device!

Eggs Up Grill is a fairly new restaurant. We came for Sunday lunch. You'll get good-sized portions of food.
I ordered chicken strips and biscuit and gravey. The chicken was coated in a breading like fish, and chips are covered with. Not crispy chicken, as I thought.
The gravy tasted like Campbell's cream of mushroom soup with ground sausage chips.
Our poor server took our order, brought us our drinks, and then was pulled to service a party of maybe 30 people by herself.
Needless to say... we had to be served by other employees, and we waited over 20 minutes before we tracked down our waitress. Surprise. There's no cash registers.
I'm hoping it was an off day, or they'll lose business from impatient.

The food and service were good but we ordered a mimosa carafe and when we got it it was just orange juice. They did take it back and took off of bill

Our first time here and we weren't disappointed. The place was very clean. Our waitress Erin was the best. She was so friendly and kept out drinks full. We were out of towers and she gave us great places to visit and eat. Definitely recommend this place. If ever in this area again will cone back.
