If I could give this place a 0 I would! The woman up front who is usually there during the afternoon's is always hateful and just plumb out rude! We came last week her an the other person was outside smoking uaing profanity and carrying on she acted like it was a issue we came inside.she was also complaining this day too but I let that go thought maybe it was a bad day. We come in today and get the same bad attitude acting like we are a problem because her boss left her short staffed or something along those lines I refuse to go to an establishment that makes me feel like I am bothering them just for walking inside! She is not a people person she should be in the back where she doesn't have to interact with customers her attitude and demeanor is plain disgusting! Hardees definitely lost valued customers I refuse to be treated like she treats people and talks to them absolutely a disaster in there today and sadly she is the assistant manager I can only imagine how she treats staff and others. Sad. Hardees do better!

The general manager of store #1501799 is not a people person. We have went to this store for years and only encounter a problem when she is there. She has an attitude problem. When co fronted about her complaining about the order we place she did a 180 and said she apologized sarcastically. This is not how to run a business. I was a manager for Hardee's for 10 years and did not treat customers this way. Bless her heart. As far as the employee running the register she was friendly.

Love love this location clean and we get fresh food and brandie is always very patient with my special needs son and even makes our order herself without hesitation or attitude we normally get from others! we go every weekend just to get her service she goes above and beyond 10/10 for sure!
