I gave up on this Hardee's location.I was there once and one of the managers was sitting at the drive thru window in his oversized white truck ordering a ton of stuff and talking forever with the staff.I needed to be on my way to an appointment and wanted to eat before I left. When I asked for a better option the manager in the white truck, heavy-set dark-haired man, started being extremely rude. It didn't end well, and I have NEVER been back because even after contacting the owners I was not given a resolution.The problem in the Bristol TN/VA area is that these local people who own these chain stores pretty much don't care about the customers OR their employees. This seems to be systemic here.
