I don't know what it was but the lady there with the glasses was just extremely rude for no reason apparent to me, all I said was "Hello" and was instantly met with a very rude dismissive "I'm dealing with a customer right now" mind you it's 7am. The first thing about a business I believe is customer service. I instantly decided to go to the Hardee's on lee highway...way better customer service. And food quality I seen a lot of un gloved staff at Euclid Hardee's.

Food was OK, we ordered the chicken & cheese quesadilla, hot & spicy chicken sandwich with 5 soft tacos for two people, which fed us twice over several hours. These were a good size portion of food. I was impressed with the diversity of their menu and knowledge of their staff. Chicken is hand breaded never frozen and if you ask they give spectacular recommendations

I have NEVER had an issue with this Hardee’s until today. I tried ordering 2 orders of the 5 pack of tacos. I was told that I had to call the order in and couldn’t order it in the drive thru. That has NEVER been an issue before. The lady was very rude when asked when did calling for tacos become a thing. Once again ordering two orders of tacos has never been an issue in the past. The ladies attitude was abysmal and she was lying through her teeth all because they didn’t want to make enough to accommodate two orders of tacos. Edit: Spoke to the manager, she was super nice and helpful. Please give the manager a raise. She deserves it!

I wish i could give it -10 ....We pulled up and couldn't believe the price's but still ordered because it's late and we was hungry but the drive thur worker was very quiet and I ended up spending more then they had up because "price's may be higher over night " and also we spent 10$ in tax ( we spent 77 $ with tax and all ) and the food was horrible and we waited for 30 minutes for our food

This has the best bacon double cheeseburgers everrr! That what I eat almost EVERYDAY! PLUS MY WONDERFUL WIFE BRANDI WORKS THERE! & I really have to say she is a great worker she works hard and stays busy cleaning stocking or cleaning parking lot, but tbh her 2nd shift team always do pretty wonderful if I must say so myself!!!
