In my previous review I gave Hardee's four stars because I said it was the best fast-food burgers in Bristol. That, unfortunately, is no longer the case. I just went through drive-thru and got burgers that had more than three times the amount of mayonnaise and ketchup that they should have had. The moment I unwrapped them they slid apart which makes them nearly impossible to eat as a regular burger. The extra mayonnaise and ketchup completely killed the rest of the flavor even when trying to eat it in pieces. Will no longer go to this Hardee's.

I came late night due to when I got off work several times.. before and tonight.. most times I'm told computers are down or they are out of everything we are wanting... tonight I came thru and they said they didn't have apple pies cuz they were out and about to start breakfast. But they would put 2 down for us but it would take 7 mins to make.. I told her no don't worry about it cuz I really didn't Wana wait.. well ok so I didn't get the pies and didn't pay for them but then waited for 12 mins to get the only 2 burgers I did end up getting... and they were made wrong... not really sure which situation was worse??? Or ever.. not really sure how this place even stays open always dead and no customers.. it's not even a question on why no customers... ugh and just found out from reading reviews that this is an ongoing issue and I'm charged more for it it being late night... I will not return!!

Came here on 3/7 around 10:30pm only a single lady working the whole store unfortunately.I ordered 4 of the honey mustard chicken wraps, she made them fresh the letus and cheese was fairly fresh.She prepared my order good, was very friendly and polite first time in a long time anyone has asked how I was doing.Sadly I didn't get the ladies name but thank good individuals like her, and for not being on substances like you mostly see at fast food especially at night.I remember Hardee's and Carl's Jr youest to be big here in Tennessee, not sure why it fell off, but I think the food is as good if not better than any of the other fast food places.I'll be back to this location I'm glad I gave it a try, also the air conditioning may need fixed in the store fyi.

I've been coming to the Euclid Ave Hardee's 3 days / week for nearly a year because (I'm lazy and can't cook) their biscuit & gravy is just that good! I highly recommend!
Very good late dinner here was very good. I forgot to take pics but the Ham biscuit sammich was very good :)

Systems were down after midnight but creative employee could take door dash orders, so ordered door dash pick up from car and had food in no time. Placed special order, and it was all done just right, no Mao, no pickle, etc.

Tonight I came out specifically for Hardee's, checked online to make sure it was still an option. Unfortunately enough for me, I made the trip out for nothing.The fact that this is advertised as a 24 hour Hardee's is false, this is multiple times now that I've come through late-night and they say the systems are down for reset and they only accept doordash orders. Okay, I get that. Update your google page then, because that's not 24 hours. Also, when asked how long the "system reset" will take we get no response? If I could leave no stars I would.
