Paula was pushy and very rude. She got the order wrong and just walked away while I was trying to talk to her. She ignored me and another employee had to help. She gave me gravy but no biscuit. She was being rude to all the customers that were in line and everyone had something wrong with their order. Finally a different employee had to take over and got everything fixed and the customers take care of. Her customer service is awful. I have never had an issue at this location before. It's the bristol va hardees on lee hwy. I would give no stars had it not been for the other staff members.

I received two biscuits cut in have icing poured over them..almost 4 dollars..I went though drivethru..

Amanda is wonderful… she is always very nice and friendly also I would like to request you provide picante sauce… it’s disappointing the only option is hot sauce I don’t like that and I can’t eat it either .. please consider this and give people options!!! Again, Please bring back Picante sauce!!!!
