An employee named Teresa helped us purchase a gift card so we could use the recent promotions we had seen online but didn't realize that it was online order only. We place our order through the app so that we could collect rewards for our account. She was super friendly and helpful. The food came out hot and fresh (all but the fries) in a timely manner.
On a side note I really miss the buffet, used to come by and eat there when I was a kid.

Customer service was awful. Quality of food was as equally poor. Small portion for the price we payed. We want eat there again. This franchise going down hill.
Very clean space and really good customer service. Still my preferred place to eat when I get to choose. I tend to order on the app and pick up at this location because it is conveniently located and there is plenty of good parking and always a friendly face to help when needed. I highly recommend stopping in and getting some soon, or order on the app and always find a better deal or promotion there.

Told would be 20 minutes for breasts. Asked if they had tenders. Probably should have asked if there were any cooked. Waited 20 for tenders. The workers didn't seem to be in a mode to fill orders. Very nonchalant.

The girl named Tori is absolutely rude and disrespectful I had brought my kids in there to eat and I got 3 chicken meals with 2 sides and she was complaining about it I understand the jobs stressful but don't call my kids stupid or worthless just because your life is miserable she needs to be fired lost my business forever
My family has always loved KFC, but in the 7 times we have ATTEMPTED to eat at the West State Location this year, every single time we have been told it would be 45 minutes to an hour wait. It never mattered if we ordered ahead in the app, arrived at or after the pick up time from the online order, it was the same thing, another 45 minute wait. Every team member I've encountered on each of these visits were incredibly apathetic. It is amazing that you can't show up to the restaurant 4 hours before they close and get a simple family meal of the one thing they're known for selling. Of course, if you order in the app they're constantly pushing, you never know when or if you'll get your money back for the order they couldn't be bothered to fulfill. To top it off, we went up the interstate to the location at exit 5 in Bristol VA because our little ones were looking so forward to eating KFC, and I walked in the door and stood at the counter to see one employee on her cell phone in the drive thru and another on her cell phone further back into the kitchen. Neither took the time to look up or acknowledge my existence standing right at the counter, so I left. Long story short, these locations couldn't care less about their service or their product.
No chicken for a week? your a chicken place.
Was actually quite impressed. I've ate at different locations over the country. The pot pie was actually really light, fluffy, flakey. Got a bowl that was hot, full and fresh.

It's ok. If you're looking for cheap fried chicken, it's not bad.
The manager here is a liar and lazy. Worst place i have ever been too. Just save your money and not go here at all
Charged me for sauce when I got a meal…
Stupid. Had to ring me up again.
Never happened before.. geez! Spend 17$ and still have to pay for dipping sauce. Weiiiiird
Miss the potato wedges 😔
Just went through drive thru to have bank card and straw slung out the window so fast that the straw hit the ground. She slammed the window and when she came back slung the food out and was deeply inconvenienced by having to get another straw. All this to receive fries with so much salt on them that they couldn't be eaten by anyone. Drive thru time won't matter if you don't have customers.
