Shutting down the Lobby prior to posted hour displayed on your door is the UTTERMOST OFFENSE since no one had the intelligence nor wisdom to POST A SIGN OF EXPLANATION/NOTIFICATION to customers approaching your doors or approaching from the road even! Plus, the parking lot was full of ether-based gasoline additive exhaust that is saturated throughout the entire region here, as per the DEQ air analyst employee stated last week. Why? Not enough windflow to carry out the toxic carbon monoxide emitting from vehicle exhaust. Thus sticking to the roadways and slight-moderate wind drifts, blowing it onto properties just off the roadways. Average individual may only experience a mild allergic reaction. Yet HYPERSENSITIVE individuals will have far more grave symptoms.

The old one was bad but the new isn't any better. No extra crispy, ran out of thighs, they sell wings but don't sell wings. Food has been wrong the last couple times. I'm done with it!

I don’t usually rate fast food places but I really enjoyed eating here, a very large sitting room and really excellent food, with a friendly cashier!

I ordered a 3 piece. 2 original, and 1 crispy. First of all, I wait at the counter for 7 minutes, and kept being told that someone will be with me shortly. Then I get my food, and was told there was no crispy. The chicken was very light looking. I didn’t complain though. Then I started to eat and noticed immediately the food was cold, and all the chicken was bloody. I mean everything down to the biscuit was cold. I was highly disappointed. Spent $17.50 on this garbage. I’m a trucker, and it’s bad enough that I’m eating fast food. Then have to come to a huge franchise like kFC and get this? That Crazy. To be honest, I think think this was done on purpose!!!

Since when is upsizing a combo meal for an extra charge not a thing?? We were told we couldn't get large fries with our combo meals. Everything had to be rang up separate. Then when we asked for extra dipping sauce for our nuggets, you might have thought we asked for a kidney. Holy cow.....worst experience

OMG! 15.4% sales tax??! (77¢ tax on $5.00). I've never seen sales tax anywhere near that high. Holy crap!
Nice clean place though. They let me eat in 15 minutes before closing. Chicken was mediocre-to-lousy, but like I said, it was closing time.
I have been waiting over an hour for my food. I know it needs to be cooked, but when I drop some money on a family meal, I expect it to be ready around the time you say it will... Not an hour later. And then you close my ticket so it doesn't ping your store on how long we have waited? Then because we had already paid the manager couldn't give us a discount/refund. They did provide a cake, but hardly feels like the appropriate compensation.
