Went through the drive thru and ordered a 3 piece big box meal. Asked for white meat extra crispy but they didn’t have it. So original recipe it was. Anyway, this is the first KFC that actually charges you extra to put chicken in the meal because there was a $3.30 up charge because it had breasts in the meal. I’ve never been charged extra for getting what’s supposed to be in the box.

When we 1st got there they couldn't find our order after it said it was ready online. But they didn't find it. Food was more greasy than at the KFC we normally eat at. The pepsi didn't taste right. Other than that the employee were nice but busy.

Ordered for 5 pm pickup thru the app. When I arrived at 5, was told it would be 30 minutes more. Waited 45 minutes for order and mashed potato container wasn’t even close to full. Once it was done, one of the employees put the bag in the online pickup area while making contact with me multiple times knowing it was my order.

so if they mess up your order they will be really sassy with you when replacing it and when you order more food while getting the replacement they will mess up again and end up not giving you what you ordered and when you go in to get what you ordered they will be talking crap about you and then deny parts of the replacement order.
DO BETTER!!!

Y'all are the ones messing up and then when the customers try and get it fixed y'all want to act like we are the problem. I get that theres people that abuse the system but not everyone is doing that some people just want what they paid for and then get fussed at when they try and get another mess up fixed.

Long wait for chicken, instant mashed potatoes not even fully mixed up(picture included). Wife ordered a plain sandwich with literally just chicken and bread and the geniuses can’t even manage that. Rather than replacing the bun after realizing the order called for no mayo they just scrape it off, like they gonna have to pay for a new bun.

Shutting down the Lobby prior to posted hour displayed on your door is the UTTERMOST OFFENSE since no one had the intelligence nor wisdom to POST A SIGN OF EXPLANATION/NOTIFICATION to customers approaching your doors or approaching from the road even! Plus, the parking lot was full of ether-based gasoline additive exhaust that is saturated throughout the entire region here, as per the DEQ air analyst employee stated last week. Why? Not enough windflow to carry out the toxic carbon monoxide emitting from vehicle exhaust. Thus sticking to the roadways and slight-moderate wind drifts, blowing it onto properties just off the roadways. Average individual may only experience a mild allergic reaction. Yet HYPERSENSITIVE individuals will have far more grave symptoms.
