I'd give ZERO stars if it were an option.
They NEVER have extra crispy!
Even when we order online, they don't have the food ready. Put chicken on to cook and STILL DID NOT get extra crispy!
The salesman was rude. He didn't apologize. MOST unprofessional employee ever!
UPDATE: We contacted the corporate office and we are supposed to get a refund, however we WON'T return to Lee Hwy KFC.

Food has gotten better. But I wouldn't go late because you will get lied to about what they have . Starting closing things down 3 hours early .

Wanted to order just a eight-piece family meal chicken only asked if I can get four legs and for breasts. Was told that they didn't have enough chicken that they can only give me what they had. Which was not what I wanted for somebody that had been in the food industry for 20 years if a customer asked to have something a certain way and you didn't have it you dropped it told him it would be a few minutes and you would have it up I'd been okay with that but I went ahead and proceeded to get a chicken bowl for my pregnant wife and two chicken legs because I wasn't going to pay the extra $3 and something for an extra one but I will no longer come and get my services at the store that is poor hospitality amport customer service you all need to do better

It's one of the worst restaurants ever been to. The GM is very rude and unprofessional. That explains why there's no customers in there. There is no customers but I had to wait 20 minutes for my food.The chicken was very dry.

Accompanied a coworker for lunch. Restaurant was clean - including the restroom. I ordered the pot pie since a friend recommended it. It was delicious! It was hot with ample filling & the crust was light, flaky & tasty. I would definitely recommend this location & especially the pot pie.

Went shortly after opening this week.
I asked for extra pickles on my spicy chicken sandwich. I always ask for a handful (and if they have small hands, I tell them 2 handfuls) because I like lots of pickles.
Waited about 10 minutes cause they didn't have wedges ready. I got 2 lukewarm chicken sandwiches. My spicy one had, wait for it... 4 freakin pickle slices.
I would gladly pay for extra pickles if that's the issue.
Also, don't bag up someone's order before all items are ready. That way, it's all hot!

We love KFC...only complaint is it is so cold inside the restaurant that you cannot enjoy the food. I don't mean just cold...I mean it is absolutely freezing inside!

Wings weren't put in fryer so it took forever to get . We got our money back .if you're advertising a new meal as in your wing meal you should have plenty ready . The cashier was very friendly not her fault at all

We are here now 9/14/25 8:30pm. The guy working the drive through is horribly rude. Said the price shut the window in my husbands face, not one word said. Hi, bye, thank you, you’re welcome. Horrible customer service. The (I’m assuming) the manager was wonderful, short interaction we had, but so nice. Fixed our order.

I would review with ZERO stars if I could! Me and my family stopped by the Bristol location near Harbor Freight yesterday 09/04/2025 @ 6:24pm and we ordered a chicken little combo a pot pie combo 2 famous bowls and a chicken tender combo. It initially started with being rang up completely wrong with a 2pc combo and something else WAY OFF then was charged for 1 extra famous bowls paying for a total of 4 when bringing it to there attention they requested I parked and come in to figure the situation out… no I came through drive thru for a specific reason I had 2 very tired and hangry kids in the vehicle I was not bringing them in to accommodate they’re incompetence. During all of the wait which was 36 minutes total sitting at the drive thru window before they even tried to present us with a solution we witnessed the MANAGER on the kitchen line handling money not once but 3 times while digging in his pocket to handle his personal phone all with the same gloves never changing them to turn right around and begin making OUR FOOD!!! We requested a refund totaling right at $61 exactly(pictures of receipt included) and he tried refusing to give us cash (we paid with card) we only asked he give it back in cash due to him saying it would take 24-72 hours for it to go back to our bank and if we had a problem with that we could contact our bank again it was 6:24pm and the banks are closed we are using that money to feed our family and need it now that is unacceptable. Brayden the managers was refusing to give us a # to contact he refused to contact his GM to resolve the what should have NEVER BEEN a issue and was EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude causing myself to become rude and unprofessional which I do not like! After the manager tried arguing for over 30 minutes causing his entire drive thru of cars 6+ carloads of orders might I add to leave without food and go somewhere else he FINALLY gave us cash back after bald face lying to us saying there is no way to open the register to give us cash back that he doesn’t have the access or ability to do so! I want to be contacted by someone higher up! This is completely unacceptable in every way shape and form and even worse shows lack of integrity in your management!
