hello... this is the second time I r shopped at your Kroger store in Bristol VA..... this is also the second time I've had to ask for a register to be opened because of only two being open . my Dad is 85 years old and cannot stand 30+45 minutes in line waiting.. we DO NOT do self checkout... this is also the second time a fellow named James has helped us out by opening another register.... he's a wonderful asset to the company.... the first female I'd ask told me the rest of the registers are "broken "... I don't like for anyone to insult my intelligence like that ... please remedy this issue... this is also the dirtiest Kroger I've ever seen... thank you... Tambra Barry

I’m so so happy right now! We just moved here from New Mexico…. I was so happy to have found hatch green chile!!!! I was born and raised in NM so green chile is important to us New Mexicans lol!!! First thing I did was I got started on roasting them :)

This is the worst store I have ever been to let alone the worst job I have ever had!! Between the black mold in the deli and the out of date and moldy food on the shelves not to mention the worst customer service ever from staff and management i highly recommend that you AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!!!

I like Kroger stores but some of its employees I’d rather not come in contact with body tattoos, hog ring nose piercings purple hair and unsanitary practices are NOT acceptable in today’s society.

Kroger really needs to get their stuff together! Half the time they never have enough baggers and I'm sorry but I do not work at Kroger and it is not my job to bag groceries. I do not get paid to bag groceries at Kroger! Half the time you have these rude cashiers that have no business working with the public if they can't be any more decent than they are. Lastly, there is a poor selection on items in the store! It could be an excellent grocery store but they are severely lacking in several areas!

There seems to be no one to stock shelves. 2 Saturday's in a row we've been there and there was no stock on the shelves for what we were looking for. It's a great store, just wish they'd hire some people that care

This store is just nasty anymore, the seafood smell is awful, the floors are dirty and the the lady rest room is so bad that it's not fit to use..I want be going back to this Kroger's anytime soon, I hope the Casino buys that property and they build a new Kroger somewhere cause this one is so very ran down..

easy to find help, great selection and amazing sales. The pharmacy is the only part of the store that seems like that they are unorganized and can take a very long time to fill prescription.
