Food was very well prepared. Steaks were delicious and flavorful. Salads and rolls were promptly brought to the table. They seemed to be short on wait staff. Our waitress was very attentive.

Hadn’t stopped here for a long time, but was glad we did. Four of us, three had grilled salmon, I had 8oz sirloin. Everything was delicious and well prepared. Service was excellent and things were very clean. Salads and sides were excellent, loaded potato, sweet potatoes, broccoli cooked perfectly and fresh. Including drinks, bill was a little over $100. Food was cooked to order so it was a little slow but worth waiting for.

Sad this restaurant use to be so good but now the service is so bad your better off at fast food my order was so messed up and the waiter brought our food steak first salad last and made excuses that shift change guest pay the bills and tips I would prioritize them and the same people where there as when I came in management is failing miserably at this place they stay on there phones and in the back conner you can see them on the mirror hanging out and not waiting on the guest my drink never refilled or offered no discount offered for the mess up and the waiter didn’t even know what we ordered as if they were so lost or worried what was going on in the back just a hang out for the employees hell with the guest is the vibe heard people when I went in complaining about the service this makes three times in the past month it’s been like this we won’t be back don’t see this place being here much longer one time I can see a mess up but three times in a row and no one offering to fix it needs new management that knows how to tell people to work it’s a business not charity and your guest should be top priority
Past three times I have eat here the service has been horible!! They seem more worried about there cell phones and talking than tending to guest. Two times as well as today my stake comes out and ask is there anything else had to ask for my salad and my husband had to tell her he had one to after only one was brought I was told shift change but she had been here sense I arrived I pay a lot of money for the food and don’t get a discount when they mess up seems to me like the management needs to prioritize making employees do there job I won’t be coming back sad knowing the food is good but you want your food and service for the price they charge
One of the best steaks I've ever had. Rivals bigger chains. Had a great experience, our server was super attentive without being a bother. We definitely felt taken care of.

The service was just fine unfortunately Management did not make sure that the bartender had enough back up to cover not only the bar but 10 tables besides the bar and the waitresses coming to the bar for drinks. So she was very overwhelmed. Although I must say, she handled it extremely well she was very pleasant very attending very accommodating and surprisingly calm. Her supposed to help was basically benign and unattended. My dining experience was just pleasant because of her Meaghan. The vodka selection was limited, the fillet was cooked properly, the green beans were a soggy mess, even though I had asked for them to be drained so that they were not be a soggy mess. The first baked potato came out incorrect, and the second baked potato came out burned. Again, none of this was Meaghan‘s fault, your kitchen staff is sloppy

I had the Filet Mignon and it was so tender and delicious it melted in my mouth! The loaded baked potato had the best flavor to it!!

I would give this restaurant a zero rating if I could. We were sitting at our table for over 15 minutes and no one ever acknowledged us. We asked the hostess if anyone was working our table and she said someone would be there in a minute. Next thing we hear are waiters arguing stating that they could not wait on us. We finally got up and left. Note there were only two people in our party.

Absolute crap show of an experience. It was not busy but somehow it took my waitress 16 minutes from the time she brought my drink till she came back to check on me (in the meanwhile, she was nowhere to be found). Issue with this was that my dri k was in a dirty glass and had a bug in it. They asked if I would like another, I declined and awaited my food. The food arrived and the pasta chicken and pasta were all different temps ranging from freshly cooked to cold. The chicken was overly seasoned ruining the entire dish. Due to the issues with the drink my waitress became very helpful and wished to aid with an already lackluster experience. I tipped nearly half the meals price despite not eating much of it and the waitress pointing out I was not a fan of it and she would refund everything if I wanted. I only paid because the manager seemed rather condescending earlier when asking about the drink, and I knew that another visit from her would just tick me off. Needless to say, I would not recommend this Logan's for any reason.
