Don't be in hurry if you show up, might be a good idea to have more then 1 person working out tell people in the drive thru it will be 15 minutes before they take your money. Owners need to pay more and hire some help or just close.

Everything but the chicken strips were old!!! The hush puppies were hard, the fries were greasy and hard, the fish was cold, and the slaw was SOURED!!!

Food was extremely overpriced. 27.17 for 2 meals. When I mentioned the high price the counter person said that's the way it is. Had the same meal today was only 9.63 in Johnson City, Tn. Plus the Bristol counter person did not give us a receipt.
Not very good service and the food was not fresh and had to send back one plate of food because of a hair was under some of the food.

This place needs to close. I went in to order at the register and after waiting at least 5 minutes with no acknowledgement whatsoever even though a worker was looking right at me, I asked should I just go through the drive-thru to get service.The woman said she is the only one there and she would get to me when she got to me. There was NO person in the drive-thru when I walked out.Either the management needs to hire more people or simply close. Also the workers there need to learn common customer service and greet a person when they see them standing at the register.This location is absolutely useless. Don't waste your time with it.The picture was taken as soon as I walked out of the place. This woman had no time to take my order? What exactly was she doing?
