Well to start the staff was exceptional Melanie helped me figure out all the gift cards!! The food was outstanding but the most important thing is I left my wallet in all the confusion and didn’t realize for few hours, when I called Melanie said she had put it in the back with my name on it, I picked it up and everything was as it was!!! Need more like her and the employees there!! Have a blessed Christmas McAlister’s staff you guys are amazing!!
Page was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and excellent customer service. Thank you for letting us know about the McAlisters Deli App. The food was delicious and fresh. The restaurant was clean! Right on the Bristol, Virginia or Bristol, Tennessee line.
It looks very nice and clean I will say the people that work there acted very polite and professional because I only went in to apply for a job that I hope to get come Saturday. I'd say everything taste well but I was only there for professional matters.
