By far The Worst McDonald's in the Tri-Cities Region! If they actually give you all your food(which is extremely rare) you will wonder why it was so cold after waiting so long... God help you if you need to pull up to wait on who knows because it's never fresh, but the boy bringing it to your window will politely shove it in your car spilling half of it. Drinks are Never Sealed. And service is horrible. I have never encountered such a rude group of people in the service industry. I dare you to find one friendly employee, I would even be willing to bet money, but I would hate to take it after they Rob You Here. If the food is there it is wrapped by their crew of toddlers before they practice their aim throwing it at the bag... This Place is the WORST!

Drive thru was ridiculously slow. Unfriendly staff. 2 cars in front of me sent bags of food back inside twice, they were never asked to pull forward. I'm sure my food was sitting there just getting cold. When receiving my food, the employee didn't smile, speak, or give a shit about me. If working sucks that bad, please quit and go home. Life isn't that hard, quit making it that way! My wife told me they were slow, but did I listen.....NOOOOOOOOO

Ordered breakfast. Got my food. No napkins. When I asked for the manager told him I'd like to have some napkins handed me several time. I believe he needs to educate employees. He started to want to know what he could do to make it up to me. Told him to educate employees not to harass me and to continue what he was doing

It's a hit or miss here. I stopped ordering fries cause they are always gross, soggy and cold. love the caramel frappé and strawberry and creme pies. Bring back the chicken tenders and snack wraps.
