Horrible experience at this McDonald’s! When I first arrived, there was hardly anybody there but the line of people waiting to receive their food was ridiculous. Took about five minutes to get my order taken then it took 20 minutes to actually get my food which was cold by the time I got it. My frappe was not made correctly. The cheeseburgers were not in their correct happy meal boxes. Overall horrible experience.

Food was ok but could have been better if not cooked and thrown together so fast. It was busy and there was a line but I would've been fine waiting a couple more minutes for my fries to be fully cooked and my burger to be wrapped up in the paper and not look like a 3 yr old made it.
Ordered two Meals they had no toys or Apple Slices and wasn't told before I ordered them...

If I could give no stars I would. This is the poorest fast food place around here imo. The people, including managers, who work here have piss poor attitudes to customers. I’ve had so many missing items and they ALWAYS act like it’s your fault when you point it out. I’ve started to check my bags before pulling out and they still act defensive and rude when you tell them. On multiple occasions have I called and been mocked. Even had one manager act like he wasn’t able to find my order even with me telling him what my recipe said AND the fact I placed it online, I had to take it in and show them it was placed at their store. They already knew. They laughed about it when I got there. I had to drag all 4 of my young kids out to fix that mess and they already knew it was their mess up. Absolutely a mess of an establishment. I will drive the extra time to avoid going to this one if I can!

Is McDonald's is the one that I choose all the time because of its convenience and it is just the best McDonald's in the area

Everything was fine and dandy until I got a leaking coffee cup that was damaged to the bottom of the cup and there was a hair in my breakfast sandwich. Did you not notice that dripping when you handed it to my husband and do y’all not wear hair nets anymore??? That’s disgusting and unfortunately we were traveling so I can’t even return this nasty sandwich to you
