They’re gravy biscuits are way to watery. No other McDonald’s is like this, so maybe I’m wrong but perhaps they’re adding a bit of water to make it go farther.

I ordered breakfast through the app at 1046 to be picked up via drive thru. When I arrived just at 11, I was told by KIM who had the biggest attitude, poorest customer service yelled at us that its after 11. No apologies for the mix up. Very poor social skills and representation for the biz. If I had ordered for in store pick up im sure it would have been fine.I asked her for the corprate number which she rattled off. Not helpful.

The guy at the window taking order not friendly at all. Waited 10 minutes for the fish sandwiches my husband ordered. Meanwhile the other food we ordered got cold. The fish had no tartar sauce, my burger was covered with ketchup and mustard on the outside.Fries were cold. Gross

Late Night Drive Thru:

How can an online order go terribly wrong? When there's no line, maybe 1 car behind me, pulling up and over half my order is wrong EVERYTIME a particular male employee is working. Stocky and always/usually wearing a visor. Last time it took 4 tries to get everything we ordered AS HE was looking at our order on his end. Tonight, he/the team gets my wife's mcflurry wrong and leaves out a burger we ordered with our order.

I know its not gravy working there and I am certain the pay isn't where it is supposed to be but this employee either needs to pay more attention or if they can't hack it, move to another position. How hard is it to double check an order that's pre-ordered through an app?

I AM SICK AND TIRED of coming to this McDonalds and yall messing up the order every time. I NEVER get what I paid for. Constantly having to come back and get you to remake it and being met with unprofessionalism and attitude. You can definitely tell a difference between crew on different days bc some days the food is great. Retrain these people.
