They really need to shut this location down . Went by this location the dude that took my order couldn't even remember what we wanted. I had told 4 different times and still my order is wrong . Also paid for a coffee which was made with ice and whip cream , no coffee in it . The manger was yelling at their employees. Its not hard to run a fast food establishment They really need to shut it down or fire all there staff and hire new 1s . I will be going and making a video of how this location operates . I don't want a refund . I'm not getting fooled again . Thought I was getting my family supper but instead had to go a different place because my order wasnt complete. Leadership is earn and if the ppl that put these teenagers or adults in a position like that with no experience or ever had to lead and establishment should be let go . This is a regional and this store management problem . As an employee especially as a manager u never break character. A true leader knows how to make sure all positions are filled and ppl in the right areas. If they had that at this location then my order would have been correct and the manger wouldn't be yelling at their employees. When I do go to record this will show how all the staff and manager operate . Don't shop here at this location.

We had a great experience taking our grandkids here even without a playground they had a blast getting to order their own food and even getting Krispy Kreme doughnuts with sprinkles!
Kid-friendliness: The staff was great letting my grandkids order their own food and the younger girl working the front counter was super patient with my youngest one letting him take his time to pick his own drink and explaining his options..even though we already knew he would choose Sprite. Thank you for being child friendly and being patient with their growing little minds that sometimes gets overwhelmed!
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of access for wheelchairs. From getting in and out to having somewhere that is appropriate to be sat at and even the bathrooms were nice.

This has to be the slowest McDonalds in the chain, 25 mins to go through the drive thru, why their corporate office allows this is beyond my understanding

Depends on which manager or associate manager is working. Only about two managers have the ability to do Job others are very poor at what they do most the time tea is empty. Will only give you two napkins, maybe three. If you're lucky, we'll have to take your glass behind the counter to refill it and most the time if you are getting tea. Not quite sure if that's okay cuz they always say we cannot take Steph back across the counter. It is a health department issue
Wheelchair accessibility: They do have wheelchair accessibilities to get in the building and tables that you can move chairs and pull up a wheelchair

MANAGER ON NIGHT SHIFT RUDE AS HELL! CANT EVEN USE YOUR OWN CUP TO GET WATER WITHOUT HIM BEING RUDE AND YELLING AT YOU!!!!! Yall need to rethink your management. Will definitely avoid this store at all cost and recommend everyone to do the same!
