Food was ok but could have been better if not cooked and thrown together so fast. It was busy and there was a line but I would've been fine waiting a couple more minutes for my fries to be fully cooked and my burger to be wrapped up in the paper and not look like a 3 yr old made it.

It usually takes forever and half the time they get one of our meals wrong (there are 6 of us) I understand that's a big order but it shouldn't be that hard to get it accurate when most of us order our burgers plain. They just cannot seem to get it right. But once you do get the right food it's usually good. Mine is usually cold being a mom because I have to run back and forth to the counter, wait 5 minutes to even be talked to, and then wait for the replacement...

The Parkway location and the exit 5 location in Bristol are consistently slow, with the Parkway almost never failing to make me pull up and wait, even for simple standard orders (value meals with no modifications). I always hope the long wait at both places will mean fresh fried, but am more often than not disappointed by that hope.
