They refused to give me a tea no ice with alot 3/4 unsweetened & 1/4 sweet (I'm trying to work my way to 1/2&1/2 to better my health. Every other McDs has done so without a word- this one yesterday&today not only gave me ice but refused today to do the 3/4 1/4th -ish BUT MOST OF ALL THEY WERE VERY RUDE. the rest...ok...rudeness not ok

Usually pretty good location but not last night. We got a 20 piece mcnugget and fries to split. Both nuggets and fries were barely warm and the nuggets had a strange taste. Only 1 napkin in the bag also. It'll be along time before I stop here again!

I come here once a week. Once a week they mess up the order and leave out food. Or they mess up the way the food is supposed to be made. I walk in sometimes to order and when they were training a new girl they the manager was talking to her like it was an inconvenience to train her on the register. Her attitude with her employee was nasty. This is a hateful environment where they mess up every order I have ever made in one way or another. They do not no how to follow instruction on food prep. Zero stars

Don’t waste your time. It’s worth it to go to the one on the parkway instead. I almost bank on my food being wrong every time to the point that me and my girlfriend make a game out of it. There’s obviously some issues at this particular McDonald’s whether it being poor management or just lazy employees. No exaggeration, hands down WORST McDonald’s I have ever seen.

I came through the drive thru ordered a large mocha frappe and a fish filet, we get to the window pay for our items and pull up to the second window to receive our items. They go to hand me a half filled frappe when I paid for a large (this McDonalds is horrible about shorting you on the stuff you pay for anyways) but when I hand the frappe back to be remade the girl that was making the frappe had a nasty attitude so they asked me to pull up the third window I wanted to watch my frappe being made because of her nasty attitude I didn’t want her doing anything to my drink so the man at the window went and told the manager we wasn’t moving up so the manager (terry is her name) came up and asked us to pull up so we did, something told me to go in so I did. Terry (the manager) didn’t know I came in the restaurant and was standing waiting on my food and she was talking to her coworker (the man) who was working the window. He asked what was that about and her exact words were I was worried the other girl was going to do something to my drink I should be worried about her doing something to it. I said something to her about it and she just said well here’s your food. I told her I would be putting a complaint in and going to corporate about the situation and she shouldn’t be a manager threatening to do something to someone’s food or drink. I got my money back and went somewhere else I didn’t trust the food. I have pictures of her and 2 witnesses that was there with me when this incident occurred. I would not recommend this location if terry is still there.

This has got to be the absolute worse McDonald’s in the whole entire Tri-Cities. From forgetting your orders, to incorrect orders, to just plain rude. There’s not been a single time I’ve ever went and food been correct/warm.

The food is sometimes wrong BUT usually it’s pretty decent. Now, the majority of the staff are so good but there are a handful or so that could use an attitude adjustment. Red headed younger guy, he’s always rude and looks like he hates his job. He’s thrown ketchup packets at my bag, rolled his eyes numerous times over asking for napkins or ketchup, and he’s slammed the drive thru window on me when I asked for a straw. Unacceptable!!! His behavior is disgusting. Put him on trash duty. Now, I came thru today(11-19-25) at 9:30am and asked for a Large cup of ice. I paid for it. Was handed a medium cup with about 7/8 pieces of ice. If I pay y’all for a large cup of ice, I better get a LARGE CUP OF ICE!!! If you wanted to charge me $1 for it, honey I’d pay that. Because that’s what I wanted. So it’s not about the .41. It’s about how the lady at the 2nd window wants to make the wrong size, puts little ice in it, and doesn’t speak a word to me. Hands me the cup aggressively, no “thank you”, “have a good day”. Nothing!!! I know working at McDonald’s has to suck (I worked at Wendy’s for 10 years), but dang, Amazon is hiring for $19/hr. Making your own schedule!!! So go work there. Let out that anger on them packages and not on the paying customers that just want to eat a meal or grab a drink. Ridiculous!!!

I'm going to just put it to you this way okay that is just about the nastiest iced coffee we have ever had in our life it looked like truly like 10 cups of coffee with one little teaspoon of creamer no caramel they do not know how to make them there
