Went yesterday with my daughter and grandchildren the food was cold and disgusting!! chicken nuggets looked and tasted like they were 3 days old the whole place was dirty,a lot of food on floor and the place was honestly just nasty đ€ź I will never go back!!!

For whatever reason they have stopped putting onions on burgers. I've even gone to asking for extra. Night shift can't seem to get any order right. New manager maybe I don't know. They totally screwed up one of my last orders. So I went in for the replacement I was told to come in for. Manager acted incompetent, and neurotic then only replaced part of the meal. It costs almost as much to add the fries and drinks back in so really didn't get anything replaced just got another meal with what? No onions! Why are y'all afraid to share those dehydrated onions????!!!!! Not been back since

I don't know who's job it is to make sure sauce is put in the bag but they aren't doing it. I never get sauce at the location even if I pay for it. It's ridiculous. No one wants these dry nuggets with no sauce.

Ordered a meal through drive thru, was told to pull up to window #3. Waited over 20 minutes.. had to call the store and then walk inside to get my food. Theres numerous complaints about this place not handing out the right food or even leaving items out of meals. This place will end up just like its competitor âBurger Kingâ shut down. If it continues consistently having bad customer service.

The food is typical mcD's. The floor was extremely sticky, and the bathrooms have no baby changing station-- even though they have a play place. The ordering machine doesn't allow you to put in over table #120 and we were 122/123.... but at least they have a big play place so you can get off 81 and let the kids stretch and run around. Otherwise, subpar Mickey Ds

This McDonaldâs is AWFUL. You will sit in line at the drive thru for a ridiculous amount of time. They canât get an order right if their lives depended on it. The parking lot is a fiasco. I avoid coming to this one whenever possible. Itâs one of the worst McDonaldâs in the area.

Services always slow some of the workers are extremely rude The food have to time is not right and have to be remade two to three times honestly if you're in a hurry this is not the fast food restaurant to go to this particular location takes 30 minutes to make two simple cheeseburgers and bring them up to your car

Drive thru egg mcmuffin burnt again, morning manager apologized and fired the problem but does not the employee look at the product they serve there customers, what ever job you have take ownership and pride in it your name is on it

I would have gone back but I was on lunch from work already waited ten minutes in line and I got the five dollar meal deal with a spicy mcchicken and nuggets. Didnât get any dipping sauce for the nuggets the fries were terrible and my mcchicken didnât have any mayo or lettuce.
