I ordered a large iced mocha, but there seemed to be repeated confusion with the order. Initially, it was rung up as a large iced coffee, which is a different drink. After correcting it, the order was still entered incorrectly and came up as a large hot mocha, despite clearly stating multiple times that it needed to be iced.
At the second window, I was handed a hot mocha. When I explained the issue, the drink was poured over ice, but it was not prepared correctly and was missing the chocolate flavoring, whipped cream, and syrup and it was still hot because she didn’t add enough ice. I tried to keep it, hoping it would cool down due to the cold weather, but unfortunately it did not and wasn’t drinkable, so it was discarded. It was too nasty to drink.
Considering the prices, I was disappointed with the quality of both the service and the food. To make matters worse, when my husband began eating his fries, we found a long curly hair in them, which neither of us have.
I’ve never experienced this many issues with a single order at one location. Additionally, the staff member appeared irritated that I didn’t accept the hot mocha, even though we were very clear—more than three times—that the order was for an iced mocha. Having previously worked at a McDonald’s, I know this is not how the drink is made nor how customer service should be handled. I hope this feedback helps improve accuracy and overall service moving forward.

Ordered for dine in. Walked in, and it was really rough.
-Men's bathroom was bad and had no soap. -Hand sanitizers were empty. -Floor was disgusting. Various food and trash in it. And it was all oily and sticky. -Food ordered was cold and hard. Had to get a replacement. It was also the wrong thing. -No straws in the lobby. -Nothing to put the ketchup in from the dispenser. -Every single table we went to set at was filthy. Food crumbs all over and or liquids.
On the plus side, the cashier was super nice and took care of everything and was very friendly.
But overall, I wont be going back to this location. Just way too dirty and unclean. And it seems like the food has set in the warmer way past its time...

We just ordered 2 kids happy meals one with 6 chicken nuggets and one with 4 nuggets with orange juice with both. But came out wrong. They only provided cups for fountain drinks. When I asked to correct it, person at the counter said we can not change or s switch it. If I want orange juice I have to pay extra for that now. On top of that when we opend the order it was 4 chicken nuggets in both and I got charged for 6 chicken nuggets. It was not busy in there at all.
