I try to avoid this location. It's hard though when you work at the pinnacle. Definitely not gettin a fast meal here. Always terrible customer service. I always use the app and it's a 50/50 shot whether they actually don't mess it up. I've worked at mcdonalds it's not that hard

I actually worked here I didn’t get fired or nothing. I just worked one day and didn’t come back. First of all is probably the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever worked second of all they require you to be clean shaven if you come to work and your face is not their specifications, they make you Dry shave with a one to two blade razor, which I just feel is completely inhumane if you require the employee to maintain a clean-shaven appearance, then that should be provided by the employer. Jason I’ve worked for your restaurants for a long time exit 14 is the cleanest and best quality McDonald’s around the area. I feel like you should send all managers to that restaurant to be trained.

Pretty decent place normal McDonald's! The shake machine and ice cream machine wer both down. They didn't have any ketchup in the dispensers in the dinning area!!!
the employees try their very best. plus the food is so good and so is the atmosphere. the employees are also very nice, attractive, and amazing at their jobs.

Folks in drive through lanes are not served on a first come basis. Multiple cars may pass you while waiting for an employee to serve you. Burgers are normally greasy and messy. I believe they are capable of better quality food and service. I look forward to any improvements.

The sandwich was just thrown together. I watched one of the managers throw someone's sandwich together and then literally toss it to the lady packing the bags. This was while I waited forever for someone to wait on me to get a pack of ranch. Fries looked like the oil needed to be changed badly.

Great place to go with family we were there yesterday and literally stayed for about 2 hours and the staff was so nice to us and never once asked us to leave not to mention there food is by far the best McDonald's around I had about quit going to McDonald's because the one on Hwy 394 Blountville is horrible but I believe the McDonald's at the Pinnacle has changed my mind thanks for the great food Jayden and Desmond the cooks here they truly left a smile on our faces !!!!!
