Great service, good food, excellent beer

I've been going here regularly for over a year and a half. I really enjoy the staff and service is always stellar. However, the good beer selection is dwindling. There seems to be no remedy forthcoming. I have resorted to drinking liquor. I hope this trend turns around.

Great beer and the portobello and blue cheese burger was on point!

Food is decent. All the beera taste like drain cleaner.

The Vienna lager was 100% spot on. The brown ale was better than most. What a fine brewery in a cool location.

Checked this place out during the Spring Bristol race weekend. We're race fans, so why not, right? It was a busy on Saturday, so we went upstairs to find a seat. But the band was SO LOUD up there, we could barely even think, let alone have a conversation. Immediately went back downstairs and luckily found seats at the bar. My friend and I each ordered a beer. He had to give his back because it tasted so bad. I suffered through mine and we immediately got out of there. They wanted $5 for a sticker. 🤣 It appears this place is more focused on merchandise and branding than the quality of a proper pint. It gets 2 stars instead of 1 because at least they had the Masters on tv and we could watch that. If you're ever in Bristol and actually want a decent beer, I'd suggest Elderbrew.

Good burger and good wrap. Even ran into Waltrip himself!

What a great find on our travels in Tennessee! Being an old NASCAR fan, I had to give this brewery a qualifying lap. With thousands of breweries around, it's tough to stand out. I had a flight of four, and the Enzo Italian Red stood out, both in the menu and on the flight board. The hint of spiciness on the finish made it one of my favorite red ales to date. Our food was prepared perfectly, and our Waitress was the bomb!

Mikey's is a MUST STOP when in Bristol TN!

I obviously know (of) the Waltrip family, and their NASCAR legacy but never have a been a good ole boy into racing. I bought the Bristol Sunshine almost to be ready to laugh at it and will never drink another beer. Light years beyond Shock Top or BlueMoon. Highly, highly recommended

We were excited to try this brewery. No one greeted us when we entered. The restaurant was mostly empty. We waited at the hostess stand for over 5 minutes. Then another patron told us to get our own menus from the hostess stand and find a table. The bar tender was working hard to serve the customers at the bar and wait on tables. A homeless woman came in and ate a peanut butter sandwich beside us. We wanted to try a flight of beer, but the tap system was broken, and most beer was not available. We tried 3 appetizers, and I wouldn't recommend any of them. They are frozen food being dropped in a fryer.

We came all the way here from Catonsville, Maryland (suburb of Baltimore) and it was an experience... not just a brewery but an experience! Definitely have to come here again!
