Was very disappointed in the appetizer we got. Ordered the pretzel wheel with beer cheese and Dijon mustard for 8.95. There were 3 of us so we were expecting to share it. It was nothing but one regular pretzel not a wheel, l with cheese and mustard. 2 bites each. Ridiculous for 8.95.

I had the #15 Lager and the Grilled Cheese Aioli sandwich. Both were great. The staff were very nice. Michael Waltrip was on the premises and took time to talk to patrons. They have a full bar so non beer drinkers have options.

Awesome place to get a beer and food. Let me tell you about Scarlett the bartender, one of the most nicest genuine customer service friendly ladies at the brewery. This was my first time there and she made me feel like family.I've met Michael Waltrip over the years with some signed photos hanging up in my game room. Having his name on an establishment is the reason why he has been so successful as a Nascar driver and a person. This brewery and the selection of beers is awesome. Next time pasing threw I will be back for sure.Thank you Scarlett for your warm hospitality and service.Phil

Looking for a craft beer brewing location while in Bristol and was recommended to stop at Waltrips brewery. We were greeted upon arriving , place was fairly busy day after Christmas; promptly seated. My wife ordered wings and I a burger and son a burger. The inside was a lot smaller then I anticipated and I thought more of a racing theme shared with brewery's image of it beers. Selection of beers were fairly limited but very tasty. Burgers were decent size; fries could be a bit larger portion for the cost, but we did save a few calories. A good stop if you're in Bristol, good beers and food; service was very good, but if looking for craft beers variety I'd look into a few other local pubs.

I am responding to the 2 Google reviews that were posted by Patricia OShaugnessy and Chris Willis. My Fiancé and I came in the restaurant when this party of over 30 people were there. We thought a private event was going on at the restaurant. Kids were running around and the party took up the entire front part of the restaurant. What we witnessed was entirely different from what these two people posted on here. The waiter waited on this entire party and did a great job for one person to take this on by himself. Everyone left except for an older man that stood at their table and an older woman that picked up the entire party’s bill and did not leave a tip. When the older gentleman realized that the woman did not leave a tip he walked up to the waiter and gave him some money. I am sure he was embarrassed with the woman’s behavior. The older woman came in after the man gave him a tip, apparently she witnessed what the older man did. She was not happy and said some words to the waiter that was not very nice and not appropriate to put on this review. My fiancé and I felt so bad about the entire event that we had witnessed that my fiancé gave the waiter a 100 dollar tip. Their waiter was also our waiter that night. And he did a great job for us. My advice for this lady that decided to pick up the bill for this party and make an excuse not to tip. If you can’t afford to eat out. Eat at home.

Waiter intoxicated (self admitted) forgot orders, brought orders to wrong table, spilt a whole platter of beer on our party. Part of my group refused to to tip. Intoxicated waiter confronted them and cursed and through an adult profanity laced temper tantrum. After drinks spilled I asked bartender for towels he said he was busy he would get in second. Won’t be back overpriced and under managed! .

We were very disappointed in our whole experience. The waiter couldn’t remember who ordered what, didn’t get our meals out where we could all eat together, spilled an entire tray of beer on some of us, we had to set up our own tables, bus our own tables, figure out our bill and then the waiter had the audacity to follow us outside and say, “you aren’t leaving me a tip?” Sure $100 dollars, but we are subtracting 20 for not setting up the tables, 20 for having to bus our own tables, 20 for the split beer, and 20 for having to figure out our own bill and 20 for not knowing who order what!!! So NO! Do a better job next time!
