The employees couldn't keep up with dine in/to go and phone orders. They were scraping the bottom of the serving pans of most ingredients and not refilling them. Tables not clean. Love Moes, but this wasn't a very good experience.

Everyone of the employees went to the patio to smoke. There is clearly a sign on the patio for No Smoking for a reason. The smoke was coming through the door and that's all I could smell while trying to eat my food. Do better Moe's!

I used to frequent other franchises but I’ve been to this one a few times and will not be going back. They’re always out of several Ingredients and very skimpy with portions. For the price these days you’re far better off going across the street to chipotle

Nice the manager hung up on me after I called about a 42 dollar order that everything was incorrect . No queso, no guac no salsa. Never eating here again or using them for catering. I cannot eat rice they put it on everything I ordered.

Awesome place to eat there is a person there named roxie she was a absolute treat and it was my first time eating there and she made it very memorable and let me sample some of the meats to make sure which one I wanted on my burrito and it was so good

Trisha helped me today. She was good at small talk, friendly, a good listener. She didn’t spill my food outside of the dish or touch her gloves with any item. She also squeezed 4 limes into my dish which takes strength and understood I didn’t want the chips and didn’t put it in my bag. Thank you for the great service!

Ordered through door dash. 5 meals and only got sauces for 1. 1 buritoe had stuff I specifically said no on. The guacamole was basically so salty it ruined everything. Not sure who manages this place but they probably need a new job. I usually love moes, but this is sad. Get it together.
