Awesome place to eat there is a person there named roxie she was a absolute treat and it was my first time eating there and she made it very memorable and let me sample some of the meats to make sure which one I wanted on my burrito and it was so good

Trisha helped me today. She was good at small talk, friendly, a good listener. She didn’t spill my food outside of the dish or touch her gloves with any item. She also squeezed 4 limes into my dish which takes strength and understood I didn’t want the chips and didn’t put it in my bag. Thank you for the great service!

Ordered through door dash. 5 meals and only got sauces for 1. 1 buritoe had stuff I specifically said no on. The guacamole was basically so salty it ruined everything. Not sure who manages this place but they probably need a new job. I usually love moes, but this is sad. Get it together.

I placed two separate orders to go. Both of the young men working were friendly and helpful. Once I got home I noticed my queso was not in the bag. I debated about calling back to let them know. I called and spoke to Roxie who was extremely nice and apologetic. She refunded my entire meal plus told me to stop by the next time I was in town to get free chips and queso. This experience was above and beyond what I would expect from fast food.

I love this location of Moe’s. The food is so good here and the portions have been very nice. The salsa bar is the best . Id recommend the stack . Very good Bristol , very good 🤩

I never go on here,and write reviews,but this store has become a complete rip off. I literally watched the guy before me order a bowl. I will not name the employee,but watched her over fill his rice,and meats,and the kitchen sink. She could barely put the lid on. Didn't write any extra on the lid to upcharge so I thought,oh might be a good day. I barely got a thin layer of rice. Idk what the definition of double meat is,but my version is the original Moe's one scoop filled the whole top. Now you barely get any meat. Let alone I got charge for the added meat,queso,and god knows what else. Yes I know it costs extra,but why did buddy get way more,and not charge a dollar extra. Then she doesn't even stir up the beef. Just scoops the first burnt layer off and smooshes it on. So for one basic burrito,and a bowl it was $46.00's wtf. I can go get a nice full steak meal for that,and get served . Idk why they feel they need to inflate their prices over everyone else,but I've been loyal to this store,but at these prices,and smaller portions. That ends today. Cheaper to make my own at home

Used to be a place we would go for our weekly Saturday lunch. Then something changed. We could no longer order our usual burrito bowl with lettuce in place of the rice. Now you have to order a salad bowl and pay extra for the meat and guacamole that was previously included in the burrito bowl. It's not worth it anymore, so we don't eat there.

Moes app is horrible do not use. The app charged me for an order I never received. I live in Bristol CT the app had a glitch and sent my order to Bristol Tennessee. The store refused to give me a refund even though I have spoke to the manger several times who keeps telling me it's going to be processed and nothing has been done. I have contacted corporate that is joke they take days to return to contact you back and then tell you there is nothing they can do the store has to handle it and the store denied the refund when it was a glitch in their system no control of mine. Horrible experience and still screwed out of money . Don't trust this location or moes app.
