Fri Aug 2,Had the Chicken tenders,or Itried to have them .. They were so dry and tough,couldn't even cut them with a knife Also found out they changed the menue,no more catfish,tomato soup,or grilled cheese.

This was the most disappointing food experience at a Hard Rock Casino restaurant ever. My wife and I have visited many different locations, including Las Vegas, London, Munich, and a few more in the states. We ordered steak and the duck. It arrived after 30 minutes, cold! We informed the waitress, and she took it back and returned it to the kitchen. The floor manager came over and asked what was wrong, we explained to which he said, "They will make a new steak and duck." The food arrived again after 30 minutes. Not once we're we offered any make good for the food being cold! The food was very average, I will never go back to this Hard Rock again, very, very disappointing. The actual restaurant was extremely disappointing. I thought we were in a school canteen!

Made reservations for 7:45 and checked in at 7:41. Waited for 10 minutes as 4 groups were set down without reservations that we could see! Food is always good and server’s are enjoyable and polite! Reservation system needs a little overhauled!!!

Mediocre food largely because of excess seasoning and salt. The catfish for example is 50% batter. Limited menu, and they limited condiments available. Not even any Worcestershire sauce.When you ask about sodas, the answer you get is simply "coke products". I don't care much who makes it. When I ask about sodas, the answer I want to hear is a list of flavors. I shouldn't have to ask twice for the one answer I need.

Very good menu with a wide variety of items appropriate for any type of diet. Their chicken noodle soup is excellent and their salads are great too. Very nice servers and they keep it clean. It can be busy, especially on weekends, so expect to spend an hour or longer once you are seated and get reservations ahead of time.
Dietary restrictions: Plenty of salads and vegetarian friendly items. They also have lean grilled meats such as salmon, chicken, steaks, and a few seafood options. Their chicken noodle soup is also a very healthy option.
Parking: It's a busy casino. Earlier in the day, parking is usually not a problem. After about 1pm, there's not much parking near the entrance and you might have to do a lot of walking
Wheelchair accessibility: Entire casino, restrooms and eating venues at this location are wheelchair friendly.

New York strip was one of the best I have ever had. About as good as the Peerless Steak House in JC was when it was at its best 15-20 years ago when Jim was alive. Worth the price around $47.
