The food is excellent and the staff friendly. Our waiters and waitresses are always helpful when ordering. Often I have to make adjustments due to health issues and Olive Garden meets the needs deliciously.
We celebrated my Mom’s 80th birthday at Olive Garden at Exit 7 in Bristol, VA. It was an absolute fabulous experience! Our servers, Elizabeth and Melissa were very efficient and helpful, plus came in on their day off and worked our party 35 guests! From the initial phone call to see if this was possible to have it there, to the payment processing, it all went smoothly!

Our server was pleasant and attentive. The atmosphere was satisfactory and in line with other chain locations. I had chicken parmesan. The chicken was over cooked and a bit chewy. Everything else was about what you would expect. In a competitive industry attention to detail matters. I am equidistantly spaced from the Bristol, Kingsport and Johnson City locations. I have eaten at all 3. This one would be 3 of 3 overall.
