Order two drinks Dr Razzie & Dr peachie the put it in one cup. When I ordered my food and my husband ordered his. Plus we got an extra burger. No offer on making it right.

My fries were too hard, not sure if undercooked or overcooked but they were 90% inedible. I called about it and the employee that answered the phone said all the fries of the night have been up to their standard. That was the only response I got. I sent an email to the store manager to provide feedback and I didnt even get a reply. My family would get food there every Monday and thursday night. I hope losing our $60-$70 of business per week was worth the price of an order of fries cause we have stopped going after this.

Fast, affordable, and delicious. I've had a lot of fast food burgers and this is hands down the best.

1st time visit, the window staff was an absolute blast taking the order. The saucy burger was fantastic! Will definitely do it again!

I stop here before work every morning, it’s usually the same team working and they are just absolutely the best. The man who is always there (can’t remember his name) but I just wanna say his customer service is top tier. I think he is a manager it was a manager the other lady her name is Rebecca and she always makes me laugh. So sweet she asks about my day and how I am feeling. Genuinely has gotten to know me in the shirt 1 min I see them each morning. They seem like they care about ya as a person not just a customer. The food is always consistent and the customer is always top tier with these 2. Stop by they will brighten your morning for sure. I would just like to say to them 2 Thanks for still caring about customer service and the impact the small minute you have leaves on us. Hands down best pals in town. Exit 7 thank you all for caring and making me laugh each morning!!!!!!!!!

Always Great Service, Jeff and his crew in Bristol Va are Awesome!!!! Just wish that you all served like chicken nuggets or something for smaller kids, but I know that’s not up to you as an owner, but might be something for future. Thanks for having a GREAT PLACE FOR AWESOME FOOD AND SERVICE,
