I stop here before work every morning, it’s usually the same team working and they are just absolutely the best. The man who is always there (can’t remember his name) but I just wanna say his customer service is top tier. I think he is a manager it was a manager the other lady her name is Rebecca and she always makes me laugh. So sweet she asks about my day and how I am feeling. Genuinely has gotten to know me in the shirt 1 min I see them each morning. They seem like they care about ya as a person not just a customer. The food is always consistent and the customer is always top tier with these 2. Stop by they will brighten your morning for sure. I would just like to say to them 2 Thanks for still caring about customer service and the impact the small minute you have leaves on us. Hands down best pals in town. Exit 7 thank you all for caring and making me laugh each morning!!!!!!!!!

Always Great Service, Jeff and his crew in Bristol Va are Awesome!!!! Just wish that you all served like chicken nuggets or something for smaller kids, but I know that’s not up to you as an owner, but might be something for future. Thanks for having a GREAT PLACE FOR AWESOME FOOD AND SERVICE,

It was delicious especially the cheese burger!but.. the grill cheese is NOT a regular grilled cheese.. it has tomatoes and lettuce on it! 🤢

We didn't get food we only got milk shakes ..I think they could have more to choose from..

It is a Pal's. It is similar to all the others I have been to. Drive up and order, drive around to the other side pay and get your food. The burgers and fries are good, the shakes are fast food shakes. I Usually eat at one when I am in the area.

Pals “sudden” service was a little too sudden for this retiree! Before I could even pay, the young Boy launched my “Sauceburger” through my car window (akin to Mike Trout), covering me and my husband in Sauce.
