Never heard of Pal's until moving here from Delaware and couldn't understand why there was always such a long line. After going there I can see why, great burgers and milkshakes. Believe me when I say pass up Mcd' s and B.King and head for Pal's and don't worry about the line it moves quickly and is worth any wait.

The worst customer service experience ever. They didn't turn their lights on at 6 am as we watched four women goofing off instead of taking our order at the thru drive thru window. One of them said (oh my were supposed to be open) We informed them we couldn't read the menu board so my husband asked her please if she could turn them on. At that point she became very hateful and rude. Then they screwed our order up after waiting on it for 20 minutes. They were the most rudest and unprofessional employees right down to the shift supervisor( The tall fat woman with dark hair in a pony tail) she was very snotty and said (well it wasn't me that took your order so i didn't mess it up). Very unprofessional tone coming from the female manager on 11/9/23 at 6am. Terrible service all around.

Mine and my son's #1 place in the world for Cheeseburgers! Absolutely love PAL's Sudden Service! We will always stop and eat at PAL's when we are near one. Best food of any fast food chain anywhere! Hotdogs are yummy. Just my opinion, but try it for yourself. Wish we had one near me! Can't wait to go back since we found one a little over an hour away instead of 3 hours. So excited! See you soon PAL's!
