I only got noodles, but wish I would have saved my money. However, the portion size was nice, the noodles were just dry and had no flavor other than the onions that were mixed in.

Usually good no problems. However today Kung pow chicken was black burnt with black specs all over it. Couldn’t return or talk to manager due to I door dashed it. Very disappointed.

The quality of food is random, sometimes it's really good and sometimes you can tell it's not fresh. But my biggest issue is they are ALWAYS out of white rice. We eat there weekly and 9 out of 10 times I order they are out of it. Tonight I door dashed and they were out 2 hours before close.

Kept pointing at everything on the bar next thing you know they kept bringing me fresh right of the stove top, I don’t see how the chincs stay so skinny, look at me from eating here.

Express disappointment more like it. Beef & Broccoli is more like Broccoli with beef flavoring. I got 2 pieces of beef and was told the average is 3-4pieces as it's 20% beef to 80% broccoli. Won't make this mistake again. Only thing worth ordering is the chicken teriyaki.

Call this a Chinese restaurant but don't include rice with the meat. Portions were less than most other Chinese restaurants. They charge you more if you get shrimp. Menu says 9.80 but it's 14.00 at the window. Then was explained to about the shrimp. 1st time trying this restaurant and had to get corporate number since the management didn't want to talk to me. NEVER GOING BACK

This place is the worst!
Early Friday evening about 6 pm we pull into the drive thru with one car in front of us. After being behind them for about five minutes we pull up to the speaker and are told to wait a minute. No big deal at all...
So after ordering we pull up to the window and pay 36$. After what seems like a substantial amount of time the girl opens the window and asks is we can pull up into a space and they'll bring it out. We decline, saying that we've already been sitting at the drive thru window for twenty minutes. The girl says it's actually only been 12! (Do you even know how to customer service?) She then proceeds to tell us that everyone behind us is waiting for their food!? To which we say, yes and so are we. She then tells her coworker very loudly "She won't pull up!" This is intentional so we can hear it. ( Again Customer service?) So after another five or so minutes we get our bag slung at us with our meals, no soy sauce nothing else, just a really bad attitude. She's starts making excuses about being understaffed... Then calls us rude for not pulling up. We just handed you forty dollars for some fast food! I really don't know how this girl even has this job. She definitely needs some training at the very least and an attitude adjustment for sure. I have worked in restaurants for thirty years, you just do it. We can see four people right next to her in the drive thru window! How much staff you need!?
Then when I look at the receipt I find out she gave me the grill copy so we can't even do the survey.
If you're so understaffed that it takes thirty minutes to make three meals just close your doors. It's not working for your store. Panda express is a favorite spot of ours and the food is usually great but I will warn everyone I know what's up I at the pinnacle in Bristol! Thanks for reading!
