What to say about this place. When you call a order in not talking to someone around here or at the store you called. I think Papa Johns pizza is one of the best around. But for some reason they have gone down hill .

food took an hour and was cold i even called saying i was worried it wouldnt be fresh so hoping theyd remake it since the app showed the pizza had been sitting idle for 30 min. he assured me it would still be hot and fresh. it is not and they are closed
also pizza is not even done and Im pregnant which i mentioned also when i called so yeah if you want raw dough order from here
also me and my husband get papa johns literally every friday back home and we’ve never had an experience like this. and it looks like from the reviews corporate needs to visit this location.If you cant make quality pizza you shouldn’t take the order

Donna was absolutely amazing today! She shocked me with how she went above and beyond to help me get out the door and in my car. Her kindness was so refreshing today and brought me joy/hope for the humanity! She is the General Manager of the store and Papa Johns is lucky to have her!!! Huge thank you for all your kindness today!!!

I hate to give a low review but I had a pretty bad experience with the papa John’s call center and that’s how they connect you when you call.
I placed my order and it came out to 29$ Because of a deal they said they had. I went to pay and the payment didn’t go through (a problem on their end which happened the previous time I ordered as well)
I told them I’d pay cash so they connected me to the store. I had to order everything again and give my phone number and address again. The guy then told me he doesn’t have the same deals as the call center so it would be 36$ and one of the pizzas even had less toppings than what I would have got through the call center.
I don’t understand why they would have different deals or how they can’t figure out how to conduct business in a non infuriating way.
This place might be fine. It might be a 3 or 4 star place but the ordering process completely ruined it.

Placed an order for pickup. Had special instructions to leave the cheese off a Papa bowl as my child can't have the cheese. The girl who took the order repeated the order back to me and it was perfect. However when the order was picked up there was cheese on the bowl. So irritating when you get there and have to make them remake the order.

After the tracking update said it was being prepared after baking, it then switched to door dash, which took extra time. Pizza showed up cold and dough was RAW and stringy. Never ordering here again.

Since my last review was removed I'm posting another one. Constantly receiving my food late and cold from this place. Sometimes under and overcooked. You walk in and order and people are not hospitable and act like you're a problem for coming in. Management needs to learn that the customers are what keeps the business afloat or it needs a change in management.

I can only speak to my experience but the last time I ordered a pizza there was an issue that had been made wrong and they were very responsive at getting the issue resolved and making sure it was to my satisfaction. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend

Would leave zero stars if you could. Order tracking showed driver left 50 minutes before we actually got the pizza and we live 10 minutes from the location. Pizza, of course was cold once it FINALLY arrived

Not the first but second time I've had problems in the last 2 weeks. Not giving me stuff I've paid for as well as just ordered the bacon cheesesticks and it's half covered. Will not be ordering from this location anymore, it needs to be revised by corporate.
