It's sad to see a great pizza place at one time now handing out undercooked pizza and being RUDE about it. Was asked why didn't you take a picture. Well my phone is not glued to my face like 99% of Americans for one thing and the other thing is most experiences with other restaurants are good.i had to put the pizza back in the oven to make it eatable i have money and a home that is paid off so I'm not trying to get free food. But was treated like i was a scammer This place will go out of business at that location until they get ride of that rude lady manager. Yes he heard me correctly a manager treating a handicapped disabled veteran like that. And doordash is horrible. Note when a restaurant is in chaos they must use doordash because they can't keep help. Keep that in mind

Will our door Dash in my spare time and so far every – that I have had from this Papa John's is exceptional. The wait time is never over 2 minutes which is amazing. Most of the time they have it ready to go when I get there. Great food, fast service, and awesome employees!!

Tried the pizza at this location previously. It wasn't all that good. I've had way better from other locations. I just happened to be in the same shopping center on another day ans went in just to get a drink. They only had Pepsi, mountain dew and water. I was going to get the water but it was warm. Will not be going back here again!

What to say about this place. When you call a order in not talking to someone around here or at the store you called. I think Papa Johns pizza is one of the best around. But for some reason they have gone down hill .

food took an hour and was cold i even called saying i was worried it wouldnt be fresh so hoping theyd remake it since the app showed the pizza had been sitting idle for 30 min. he assured me it would still be hot and fresh. it is not and they are closed
also pizza is not even done and Im pregnant which i mentioned also when i called so yeah if you want raw dough order from here
also me and my husband get papa johns literally every friday back home and we’ve never had an experience like this. and it looks like from the reviews corporate needs to visit this location.If you cant make quality pizza you shouldn’t take the order

Donna was absolutely amazing today! She shocked me with how she went above and beyond to help me get out the door and in my car. Her kindness was so refreshing today and brought me joy/hope for the humanity! She is the General Manager of the store and Papa Johns is lucky to have her!!! I hate to give a low review but I had a pretty bad experience with the papa John’s call center and that’s how they connect you when you call.
I placed my order and it came out to 29$ Because of a deal they said they had. I went to pay and the payment didn’t go through (a problem on their end which happened the previous time I ordered as well)
I told them I’d pay cash so they connected me to the store. I had to order everything again and give my phone number and address again. The guy then told me he doesn’t have the same deals as the call center so it would be 36$ and one of the pizzas even had less toppings than what I would have got through the call center.
I don’t understand why they would have different deals or how they can’t figure out how to conduct business in a non infuriating way.
This place might be fine. It might be a 3 or 4 star place but the ordering process completely ruined it.

Placed an order for pickup. Had special instructions to leave the cheese off a Papa bowl as my child can't have the cheese. The girl who took the order repeated the order back to me and it was perfect. However when the order was picked up there was cheese on the bowl. So irritating when you get there and have to make them remake the order.
