What has the world come to you call to order a pizza and you talked to some Chinese person that's in who knows what state took me 10 minutes for her to basically tell me the system wasn't even loading this country has went to hell in a basket

Stopped in made and order for large works, new lage quozone pepperoni pizza and small cheese. Spent 50.00 dollars and got two pepperoni pizza and a small cheese. Manager told me the prices are the same, but you can get lage pepperoni pizza for 9.99. Wouldn't even get a drive to meet me half way. Will not be back because of customer service and messing my order up.

We order papa bowls from here at least 4 or 5 times a month and this time it was awful. The bottom of the bowl was not even covered and it was cold when it arrived.

There rude to there employees and talk behind your back and they talk bad about the customer I wouldn’t recommend working at papa Hobbes in Bristol TN I got cussed out by the general manager and managers so I left I will never work there again the general manager will talk behind your back and they don’t help u when u need

Shaq pizza not so good. Itypically get lg pepp/sausage.....which has always been good.
For the 3rd time in a row I ordered and paid for extra mushrooms and for the 3rd time in a row they gave very few mushrooms. When I called about this they straight called me a liar.

I work in a group home , and placed an order for 11 people to eat dinner. I placed it early in the day because i would not have time to do it at dinner time. They delivered it an hour and 20 mins early. when i called a manager said he would just refund it and i could replace the order. Then he had to check with his GM. The female GM came on the line said hello twice and then hung up on me. When i called back she stated it did not come through that way. Not i am sorry there was a mix up, not I am sorry how can we make it right, nothing. Has to be the worst run pizza place in the world. I am very sorry i ever decided to do business with them. I would not suggest them to anyone.
