Matt Counts was my server and was especially attentive. He remembered what I typically order for breakfast. He makes my visit to Perkins a joy. The rest of the staff were also very nice. The food was consistently well prepared.

Staff was friendly. Busy morning. My hash browns were undercooked and crunchy. The smoked sausage was salty with a weird texture. Pancakes were GREAT! Server required multiple requests to FINALLY bring me some sweet tea. Price was a little heavy for quality. Service was definitely acceptable, overall. Restaurant was clean. Price vs quality of food will probably not see me return, though. It's not hard to cook hashbrowns. Raw and crunchy, lightly tan potatoes are easy to know they're still raw. The cook gave zero cares and sent the food out anyway.

Didn't get many refills. Server kept forgetting to bring things we asked for. Appetizer came after food instead of before. She never even brought the check which left the cashier to track it down so I could pay. The food was good, as is to be expected for Perkins, but service was horrible and there were only 2 other groups in the building.

We stopped early in the morning, right after opening. Lisa was an attentive and informative server.
The mega muffin - apple cinnamon - was delicious, served warm and had the oyster amount of crunchy topping.
Hashbrowns were properly brown and crisp and bacon was in that perfect state between not-quite-done chewy and overdone crispy.

Love Perkins everytime we've been there. We always go late at night, the only thing that would be better is having more staff at night.
