Purchased an extra large pizza with extra pepperoni and breadsticks. Order came out to almost $50 which is already ridiculous. When I got to the store to pick up my order I trusted that it was correct and when I got to the hotel there was literally 10 slices of pepperoni on my pizza and the other toppings were not the ordered toppings. I called the store and they kept hanging up in my face. Then it went to a calling service which kept telling me that they will route me to the store but it kept sending me to different locations. Do not order from here the staff are negligent and irresponsible. They take no initiative to fix the issue and have horrible customer service. I will never shop here and if you were visiting from out of town do not buy from this store you will be disappointed

I paid almost $40 for a pepperoni lover's Pizza. Show the woman my receipt and she refused to give me another pizza. I tried calling and they kept hanging up in my face. This is the worst location is a complete fraud and if there's any way I can sue this company I will because they just stole my money

The photos are misleading and no longer apply. They downsized the location. They have tables to sit down but no waiting service. You order like take-out. The saving grace was the awesome register staff as well as the fresh, hot and delicious food. The pizzas and wings were piping hot!

At 6:15 I ordered stuffed crust and 16 boneless wings on the app for 8:15 pick up. Arrived at the drive thru at 8:10. One car ahead of us that sat there for about 10 minutes before driving off without getting anything. I then pull up and wait a few more minutes until some lady who looked angry came to the window and asked for my name . After receiving the order I could tell right away that it wasn’t fresh. The pizza was extremely tough and dry like it had been made at 6:15 amd left sitting in a warmer for 2 hours. The boneless wings were worse than something I would make out of my freezer at home . Super disappointed
Food and employees of store are always great. The answering service sucks terribly. Non American, hard to understand, and looses the call when trying to transfer to store. Pizza Hut needs to bring jobs back here. Phones need to be answered in store not across the country. If I have this same problem against, it will be my last time at Pizza Hut!

The Hut is good most of the time, this time failed short. Mostly all bread and no toppings on pizza's , sauce tasted off like it was old. And no grated cheese packs but willing to sale a shaker of it after spending $60.00 there. Might never come back after this.
