Pizza’s were not up to par. Both pizza’s were overcooked and we managed to “crunch” thru them. The one with marinara gave me instant indigestion. That’s never happened. So I don’t know what was wrong. One of the pizza’s was supposed to be cut into squares. Instead we got a mixed cut of slices and squares.. yeah, I don’t understand it either. Just wasn’t up to par with the norm.

I'm so pist right now..out family doesn't eat pork at all!! I clearly Said beef green pepper after we established the dont do steak anymorebshe's repeated it back to me..now we have to force gag the nasty pork out.. now my loss money down the drain..but then they did offer to remake ..but I declined because I was worried if something else be done..when you call upset.
A few days ago, I ordered a medium thin-crust pepperoni pizza, and this Pizza Hut offered service and food that were absolutely top-notch! I WILL be back! Fantastic food, service, and atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Everyone was real nice. I got waited on with in a minute. The man that waited on me knew what I ask about. I got my pizza to go.Parking: The parking wasn't ideal in Bristol Virginia. It was after dark I'm a woman and didn't like the parking was so far away from the door.
