We ordered a to go order. 1 pan pepperoni pizza with extra marinara sauce, 1 pan pizza with extra marinara sauce and lots of toppings, 8 boneless wings, and breadsticks with cheese.Everything was good except for the loaded pizza the middle was soggy. Maybe our mistake for asking for extra sauce, but we had to bake it more at home. This is usually a great Pizza Hut and we will return! We like the sweet marinara better than the regular pizza sauce so they were nice to change it for us.

Not only did they not have any tea made at dinner time, 5 pm, and not only did I pay almost $20 for just a personal pan pizza and some breadsticks, but they couldn't even throw me one extra marinara cup. Told me I had to pay 1.30 for a tiny cup of marinara that literally probably cost them a few pennies or less. Greedy. Won't be back. Pizza Hut has become over priced and their quality has went waaayyy down. Customer service sucks and workers seem lazy. Sad.

Front house staff lady was extremely rude to everyone who came inside and to other staff members in the back. She was YELLING that she wasn't answering the phone. She greeted a party of 2 and a family of 4 by saying, "Seat yourselves, I'll be with you when I can!" The store literally had a family of 4 dining in with their food already. Me, I was getting 3 salads to go, and it took me approximately 7-10 minutes to get my salad trays and someone picking up at the drive thru. I honestly wanted to tell the folks coming in, "I don't think that you want to eat here." That lady made the entire building feel like a toxic chamber. I'd rate it a negative 5 if I could.

Ok I'm going to go with must've been an off evening. Wings are always great but not this evening. Ordered 12 bone in wings they were dried out and not alot of meat to them I did eat 5 and canned the rest. Cheese bread sticks were good but they were not cut it was one big piece. The staff may need a little more training on how to help paying customers politely.
Man, I don't know what's going on here, but I always feel like the employees are 'surprised' to see me when Im there. Like Im the first person of the day.

I ordered the Chicago style ultimate pizza, take out, and it was amazing. Loved it.
Placed online order and it was not right and wasn't happy with the fact it wasn't hot at pick up but the manager Ashley and her team immediately jumped on it made me a fresh order correctly and was super fast and nice about it!!! And it was so wonderful ! Really appreciated them
