We were extremely impressed by the staff at this Popeyes and they made our experience go way above average. Specifically Lorelei and Lindsey is who created a great day for us today (Feb 9, 2024 at around 2PM). They were very kid-friendly and interacted warmly with us and our three year old. The food was hot and fresh and the place was clean, including bathrooms. I saw the staff interact with other customers in the same friendly, welcoming, professional way. I'm very pleased and will return to this Popeyes even if it's out of my way, that's how nice the employees are here!Kid-friendliness: There was a changing table in the women's restroom and staff were very welcoming to our child and interacted with him each time they saw him.

I don’t know what has happened to this location, but their service has gone downhill in a big way. Every time I order through the app and pickup through the drive through, there is a huge wait time. When a 4 minute wait turns into 10 for a chicken sandwich, there are some serious issues going on. No apology or “sorry you had to wait” either. These people seem annoyed they have to run food out to every customer. I’ve tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but today takes the cake. But their chicken rocks! Just bring a book with you when you order from here!

Every time I come to this location there is a long wait for the food in the drive thru. Today I waited 30 minutes when there was neither a car in front of me nor behind me. I usually don't mind waiting, I understand there are mess ups here and there, but this is a fast food chain. If you think you can come through the drive through on a lunch break and not wait on your food the entire time, don't go. Food was good tho

We hadn't been to Popeye's for a while (since the chicken sandwich craze), and was (again) looking to try all the local chicken places for the best fried chicken. We got the regular 5 tenders with mashed potatoes and a 4-piece meal, with rice and beans, and an additional mac n cheese (wife loves mac n cheese). They were all great, but my wife said the rice and beans had excellent flavor, but the rice was a little underdone. Both the tenders and the chicken had awesome crunch! I'm usually a tender person, but I must say the chicken pieces were so tasty! The girl at the drive thru window was very friendly and accommodating. We will be back!

She was patient with me trying to figure out what we wanted and even educated me on the menu a little bit. The man at the window was very pleasant and sincere when he told us he really hoped we enjoy. When we finally got home to dig in, we were not disappointed. Love the gravy on the mashed potatoes and the chicken was so crispy and delicious. Thank you to the people working at this store, top notch and delivered a superior experience for me and my family. Great job!!
