Normally, this is one of my favorite restaurants, but on this particular occasion, it's probably at the bottom of my list. The service was slow, and at times, she acted confused. We ordered 2 mixed drinks that took atlesst 15 mins to get. I ordered an appetizer that she had to check on to make sure they still had. Brought us bread, but, no update on the appetizer. When she returned for the 3rd time, my husband asked about the appetizer, at which time she looked as though she had forgotten about it and reluctantly said they had it. Skip to the entrée in which another server returned to the table to inform us that the steak my son and I had ordered was no longer available. At this point, I'm like whatever just bring me my food so I can leave. Well, they brought me steak that was well over cooked, almost like shoe leather. I'll have to say a total disappointment ?. The best part of the meal was the mixed drink! Would have never expected this from such a high-quality restaurant.

Probably my last meal at that location.... The manager was excellent, everything else fell short, no catfish, no sirloin, no cheese in the cheese sticks. And was charged for snow crab we didn't even order... We ( my family) should have just left , but I gave them the benefit of the doubt.... Bad move on my part... $150 pissed down the drain. Oh well, it is, what it is ..
Shrimp was bland and had no flavor. I had to mix the rice on the shrimp for taste. The server was nice but had to work several tables and the whole bar, so we saw her once or twice. Food took over an hour to come out and was decent at best.

The food was excellent (except the broccoli). Server did not bring the condiments (extra butter, etc.) we ordered when we ordered our meal. We requested the broccoli be cooked until soft but when we received it, it was still almost raw. It took forever to get refills on drinks, by the time we got them the food was cold. We are not rich people, and a trip to Red Lobster is a rare treat for us because we can’t afford it. So it was disappointing to spend so much money for such a less-than-par experience.

Would have been good but after the meal was cooked someone poured half a box of salt on it,I guess it was because I asked for no salt on my fries. The person waiting on us didn't bring tarter sauce, ketchup or butter and never once came back and asked if we needed anything!
