This is the second time within 6 months that my daughter ended up throwing away the milk shake because it tasted like gasoline! I called when I got home from the drive thru to tell them that something was wrong with their shake machine and got hung up on not once but 3 times.

I ordered a handmade chocolate shake which came to my doordash customer melted in liquid form. When I asked the employee why it was liquid and if you could remake it. He told me their machine was down and he could not do anything about it and gave me the chocolate shake to give to the customer

The food is always really good and most of the people are friendly but I've been late coming feom from an hour long lunch where I work just across the way because it takes so long to get anything. I've sat in the drive through or the park and order spots for sometimes 10 minutes before im even acknowledged and then another 15-20 minutes for your food.

Beautiful day out stop to get lunch at sonic the vibe is great and I press that button and boy did the vibe change, the girl taking my order was very stern and aggressive, I felt as if I was in the lunch line at school or jail, each request met with is that all, is that all, is that all smh, I ordered the 7 and the 12 as is nothing changed about them and not very busy at the moment I mean I’m still in the parking lot but it took roughly 13 minutes to get the meal and tbh it wasn’t very fresh, I mean I’ve worked sonic in my day and them chicken strips had been sitting for some time so needless to say we won’t be returning to this location.

Always leaving items off of my order. I paid $1.00 to try the new Queso. It's great, but the cup the size you would get ketchup in wasn't even HALF full. Really!??

Sat in the carpool line for 15 minutes waiting to get service then pulled around to the drive-thru and waited another 10. Terrible service for a place with such great food. Need more staff or a better organized staff. Didn't even get to eat after waiting nearly 30 minutes.
