The past 3-4 times I have came to get milkshakes the service has been terrible. The drive thru is the worst. Today I pull up and no one says anything. Waiting… waiting… I say “hello?” Waiting… finally some one says what can I get you?? Trying to relay my passengers order I’m rushed after waiting on them just to take my order. No one else is here it’s 10pm and yet it takes 15 minutes to make two shakes? We will be going to McDonald’s right beside sonic from now on. Get better staff, will try again in 6 months.

Love the mozzarella sticks and marinara sauce and the candy slushies are so yummy. Blue raspberry with nerds is my go to. And they have yummy ice cream as well. Not a major fan of some of the food tho but over all not terrible.
Awful service, terrible food.. ate two bites of my sandwich, it was very very salty. The tater tots tasted old like they've been sitting around.. and my favorite drink was terrible like they didn't mix it correctly!$10 down the hole

Never had any problems with the food, but the rude lady that takes orders needs to chill out. Did your parents raise you to talk over people mid-sentence? Do you realize that your behavior is unacceptable and embarrassing? I couldn't make any modifications to my order because she was constantly yelling WHAT ELSE every 5 seconds.
Impolite and not fit for a customer service role. 👎👎

One if the worst sonics I have been to. The corndogs we ordered were so tough you couldn't even bite them. Not the first time the food was not good. We will never ho back there. The sonic on Volunteer Pkwy is out of our way,but so worth the drive!

The lady that takes your order is very rude and disrespectful. Can never hear you when you place a order and add stuff to your order that you don't even ask for waited 45 mins for 1 slushy and I usually order every day with them but will not be back to this sonic the only 2 employers that they got that is nice is Judy and Katelyn. I spend any where to $15 to $20 every day on drinks for my family I guess I'll have to start going to the one on the volunteer parkway. This sonic needs to do better and they need better management

This sonic location on west state street bristol tn is very terrible with customer service I ordered 2 slushies and waited 45 mins on them and they still were wrong and the manager when she answers the intercom she yells I can't hear you or what is that all and ends the conversation parkway is better.

Great quality food, excellent service, and super friendly staff. We always preorder and eat in our car. I'm loving the new creamsicle shake!! I've had 3 so far this season? until blue circle gets their stuff together, this is the only carhop restaurant I'll visit around here. The other sonic is pretty good too.
Vegetarian options: Have a few items my gf enjoys. She's full blown vegan?
