The burgers were very greasy the pickles were too. Hardly any breading on the pickles. Our server tried to charge us a second time. We paid with a debit card right after we placed the order. Not sure if they tried this with other customers. Beware of this location. Not happy at all.

If you like onion ring jerky, this is the place for you. Most overcooked onion rings I've had in a long while.And if you prefer their small nugget ice in your drinks, you will not get it here. I stopped by earlier this week on the way out of town and their ice machine was broken. Guess what? It is not fixed yet!

In Bristol Tn, go to the Sonic on Volunteer Parkway. The one on West State has a VERY VERY RUDE woman working there. She actually argued with me about a special that Sonic was running. I called the Volunteer Parkway Sonic and asked if that special was still running as the app said. The VERY VERY NICE lady answered yes it was. I told her what the other location had said. She was speechless. I will not be going back to West State St Sonic.

foods always great, service takes a while and food takes a minute to get. i know keeping people is hard, but it creates an awful atmosphere for locals that come here often, i would come here so much more if the service was faster. but it takes just too long for me.

The last time I was here the burgers were a bit cold, though the mozzarella sticks were crispy and hot. Might give them a chance again in time if the burgers will be a bit hotter next time.
