Two bbq places came up on the top 10 so I had to try them both. I got the same meat at both places…here my review for Southern Craft.
I got the ribs and burnt ends with Mac & cheese and bbq beans. The ribs had a burnt crust on it, which I usually don’t mind, but this was dry and too hard to eat. Food is well above average and some of the wait staff are remarkably good at their job. Some are just awful. You can usually tell which one you're gonna have right away though.
