From the time we walked in til the time we left. We traveled almost two hours to come here and we definitely will be back. “Our server’s name was Mercedes. Possibly the best service all year long at any restaurant. She was phenomenal. Attentive, but not hovering. Personable and gracious. Quick and thorough. The wings were “just OK” and way overpriced, in my opinion. Did not care for the fried pickles; they did not have enough breading on them and each bite was just a mushy pickle. Yuck.“

“I'm posting this about the Bristol location. There's a certain group of people who come in and sit at a bar table in the corner. I've seen this happen twice when they arrived orher customers had been seated at the table they like. Prior to receiving food the other customers have been asked to move to another table so this special group (they think they are )can have their regular table! I'm so upset that they let this happen especially management! I would have refused to leave the table if I was already seated. This is just ridiculous and I did make comments about it to our waitress and loud enough for the special group to hear. I never knew we could make people move at their table if we waited to sit there at Applebee's but they did last night and it's not the first time I've seen it. I may not ever go back.“
