From the time we walked in til the time we left. We traveled almost two hours to come here and we definitely will be back. “We were visiting from Knoxville, we rarely eat out as it’s overpriced for quality of food. Puerto Nuevo changed our minds. The atmosphere is welcoming, clean and the staff are dressed professionally with smiles and warmth. The salsa bar is a wonderful way to start with fresh, colorful and flavorful options. We ordered the corn ribs as that was new item we had never seen before. They were wonderful. We chose steak items and the ranchero sauce was delicious and homemade. Valerie was an amazing server and the manager gave us each a free dessert of tres leches that was wonderful way to end the meal. If we lived closer this would be our numero uno place to dine.“

I want to take a moment to acknowledge the manager, Scott, at this Buffalo Wild Wings location. Earlier this week, I placed a lunch order for pickup, but unfortunately when I received my food, it wasn’t what I had ordered. Naturally, I was disappointed and tried to call the restaurant. They were understandably busy, but eventually I was able to connect with Scott.

From the moment we spoke, he was kind, professional, and willing to listen. I explained the situation, and he immediately apologized and worked with me to find a solution. He took down my correct order, asked me to give him a 30-minute heads-up before coming by, and assured me the food would be made fresh.

When I arrived, the staff greeted me with sincere apologies, and Scott personally came out to ensure everything was correct this time. He went above and beyond to make things right, showing respect, professionalism, and genuine care for both the customer experience and the restaurant’s reputation.

Thanks to Scott, what started as a frustrating situation turned into a positive experience. He truly turned it around and showed me why I’ll remain a loyal customer. If you’re looking for great food, outstanding customer service, and a manager who genuinely cares, I highly recommend visiting this location. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks!

“I'm posting this about the Bristol location. There's a certain group of people who come in and sit at a bar table in the corner. I've seen this happen twice when they arrived orher customers had been seated at the table they like. Prior to receiving food the other customers have been asked to move to another table so this special group (they think they are )can have their regular table! I'm so upset that they let this happen especially management! I would have refused to leave the table if I was already seated. This is just ridiculous and I did make comments about it to our waitress and loud enough for the special group to hear. I never knew we could make people move at their table if we waited to sit there at Applebee's but they did last night and it's not the first time I've seen it. I may not ever go back.“
